Omg so much yes! Halactical mercanary warbands should 100% be a thing. One for each race plus some rando ones. Rule wise make them meh so they dont break the game but can be taken because cool.

Also:

1. Corsairs/exodites - or upgrade sprues.

2. Warp spiders phoenix lord.. there must be one right?
Id love if they did one along with all new phoenix lord sculpts.

3.Obviously plastic aspect warriors.

4.Random terran stuff. Im sure theres more than custodes there.

5.Tau auxiliaries compromising of lizard men and other xenos that are mentioned in the fluff.

I've wanted a non-special character XV22 Commander for Tau since forever. Shadowsun comes with a helmet so it's only a matter of a few lines of text. It aggravates me that in order to have an all-stealth army I MUST use a special character, even if it's a decent one, because to me special characters are for special occassions and not every single little battle ever.

The current model is heading towards being 30, after all. It is older than a decent chunk of the 40k player base.

Is he the oldest Games-Workshop model still in production? If so, it would almost be a shame to get rid of him now.

It's either him, PA Njal or the Rune Priest in Terminator Armour - and I think PA Njal and the RP in Terminator Armour may have had periods where they were OOP, whereas to my knowledge the only time Ragnar was OOP was during the switch to Finecast.

IIRC there used to be human and ork mercenaries. Freebooters could at one time have anyone included. They just need to give 3 options for mercenaries. Inquisition crew, Rogue (or if wearing red, rouge) trader crew, or pirate band.

But the Enslavers are the origin of Chaos.

Always loved those rules, I ran a unit of 3 made to look like Yuri prime and two clones from Red Alert 2, as I was that kind of nerd.

So, I've got the rules in front of me now, as I needed a reminder. How exactly are they useless? They were always quite powerful to me.

I want more feral orks, such as a plastic squiggoth, and ork boar riders.

I would also like more bikes: ork warlords on bikes, meks on bikes, chaos lords on bikes, sorcerors on bikes, etc. Give ad mech and the guard some bikes, too. Has there ever been a dark eldar character on a bike, because if not, shame on GW.

And last but not least, the Mordian Iron Guard.

I want my Corsair army back. I don't care if I get any new models, I've done the work of building them, I just want my army book back.

All de characters used to be able to take bikes and skyboards. They took them away in 5th.

Would agree but also expand to all FW index armies. But yeah corsairs should get a propper list back.

This thread got me wondering what old/obscure models and bits I have... lots of metal, but most fit with current rules (scouts, marines etc).

I did find I have a couple of deathscreamer I put somewhere safe and couldn't find again. Looks like there's no current rules though, not since 4th anyway. I love the aesthetics, but have them sat in a box of bits, unsure what to use them on. So it would be useful for GW not to drop figures and weapons from the rules, but to have an equivalent listed, no need to update it while the equivalent has rules... unless they reintroduce

Didn't know I had a metal Apothecary in Corvus armour on a bike, but there it was in a different box. Must get him painted up.. Fallen probably
