Just saw this trailer on youtube

Was this the same show that was on BBC recently? Or are they 2 different things?

This one appears to be set in the modern day while the BBC one appears to have period dress so... Probably different

This is different on a different network. I saw the first episode for free. It was intense.

-"Wait a minute.....who is that Frazz is talking to in the gallery? Hmmm something is going on here.....Oh.... it seems there is some dispute over video taping of some sort......Frazz is really upset now..........wait a minute......whats he go there.......is it? Can it be?....Frazz has just unleashed his hidden weiner dog from his mini bag, while quoting shakespeares "Let slip the dogs the war!!" GG
-"Don't mind Frazzled. He's just Dakka's crazy old dude locked in the attic. He's harmless. Mostly."

So, why does this use the title of the book and all of the adaptations when it appears to be its own thing? A better title might have been Postapocalypse the Series: Aliens, not Zombies, This Time.

Seems weird that they would make 2 different shows around the same time about the same thing with the same name. This one looks pretty good, hopefully the BBC one will make it to netflix so I can check it out.

Nihilistic Necron Lord

The BBC one started out ok, but quickly went to meh. By the time the third episode finally came out I just couldn’t be bothered to watch it.

The BBC version did make a few too many changes. It's still worth a watch, but if you're familiar with the novel then you might be a bit put off by the ending.

HG Wells' works are in the public domain so, like Lovecraft, anyone can use his material without paying an estate or whatnot.

Why they're doing it AGAIN is anyone's guess.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.
