I'm really glad the Warcry band wasn't just reskinned corpse grinders like what the art suggested.

Very cool. Just like the Spiretyrant one, I love the half shaved female head. And the armor on the champion is fantastic. Definitely one of the better looking warbands.

If that was the only 40k reveal that Games Workshop had for us, then I do completely agree that these previews were very disappointing. But let's wait until the end before we make judgements, everyone.

Erm...Fabius Bile and a new Primarch seem pretty big to me..reveal wise...

I don't know if we'll see more for a given game today, but this is only half of the Adepticon presentation.

I won't be surprised to see games being returned to next weekend - especially 40k & AoSilliness - for further material.

I will say, though. It would be fitting for the next Psychic Awakening to be over-hyped and disappointing. Seems par for the course so far from what I hear.

Primarch is for Heresy, not 40k.

Mutants, renegades marines (mostly apothecaries), various creatures of his creations... they are people who for a reason or another decided to support Bile and his research. I fear they'll be just a CSM subfaction with no new models outside of Fabius tought.

The problem with the Fabius Bile reveal, as a reveal that is, is that we knew it was coming, as they were not subtle at all about it, and we basically had a full pic of the model this week as well so..... So in terms of that being the only 40k 'reveal' it is super disappointing.

The Scions of Flame seem to have some strong visual cues to the Servants of the Abyss cultist. Both have flame as a focal point, similar horned helms, etc.

That new Warcry warband will make some great Chaos Cultists for Necromunda, 40k, or Blackstone Fortress. :₩

Yeah, easily the best face of the lot.

I wasn't keen on his pose, and I'm still not fully sold on it, but the face is so good.
