The Twitch doors aren't locked. You can turn up at literally any time you want and get in.

Yes and many will log in at the start time not 15mins before. So that gives people 15mins to log in; fiddle with their twitch account subscribe again with prime etc..); to find their box of cookies to eat whilst watching etc... It's just a time buffer to get things going. IT also gives GW 15mins streaming to make sure the stream itself is working and setup right. It basically helps things run smooth for everyone.

Little surprised it was the Drukhari with the recent Ynnari focus, but its good to have one of the two main Eldar factions out the door sooner than later.

Not surprising. It's a very 80s concept, and hover boards were sadly dropped despite being introduced in rogue trader. There was an amusing sketch of a Squat with a 'board in the equipment section.
