I don't think this preview is really going to show anything new (other than the Saturday wildcard). Sure, there will be tons of new stuff, but they'll just be the formal presentations of things we already know about. We might get the odd thing here and there, but I suspect that the meat of these previews will be full reveals of the things they've already been teasing.

Just putting this down now:

AoS: Vampires. The next campaign book (Kragnos?). Outside chance of a new Starterbox.

40k #1: Sisters or Beastsnaggaz. Inside chance of announcing AdMech 'Dex. Outside chance of announcing Daemons 'Dex.

Black Library: Tough one to figure, but thankfully I know some people who are placed pretty well over there and after getting some hints from them I'm pretty sure that this preview will include several new books.

Boxed Games: The only other real wildcard outside of the Saturday thing, we're going to see Delaque stuff and... who knows what else? Probably the Fish Elves for underworld.

40k #2: Whichever of the two (Sisters or Beastsnaggaz) we didn't see on Tuesday. Again same chances of AdMech/Daemons.

Mystery???: Could be anything. Let's hope it's not another one of their 16 second teasers for a teaser and actually has some meat to it.

Chance of announcing the AdMech Dex? You must mean the preorder date since the AdMech Dex was announced and supposed to be an April release if not for the pre-order hiatus.

I expect we will hear a lot more about Sisters and Orks, but I can't imagine that will be enough for two different days of reveals. I suspect we will hear about Charadon Act II and possibly tidbits on whatever factions that are associated with that book.

I hadn't realised that it had been announced, only speculated because of all the new boxes we'd been seeing.

Did they preview the AdMech dice, or were those leaked pics as well?

Chardon II might be what includes Be'lakor, and is there in lieu of a new Daemons 'Dex.

From what I recall, these reveals aren't their typical full length ones where they have multiple sections. Rather they've taken one of those single previews, split it into several parts, and expanded each part a bit. That's why I suspect Orks on one day and Sisters on the other, because they'll be showing off the full range of models for each and don't want to have to rush from one to the other.

They told us about both the Skitari Marshal and Codex Adeptus Mechanicus in the Faith & Damnation Preview on March 20 (https://www.warhammer-community.com/2021/03/20/warhammer-preview-online-faith-damnation/). The Binary at the end of the Marshal video is APRIL. The AdMech dice were a leaked picture.

I do expect that Belakor will be in Charadon Act II unless they surprise us with Codex Chaos Daemons. It wouldn't be a bad time to drop that book and incorporate both Belakor and the two new Slanneshi Daemons for Age of Sigmar into 40K also.

Given all we have seen for Sisters so far, I expect to get a full viewing of everything they will be offering in this expanded wave along with the Codex. The only other possibility is that they are dropping low model support codexes for a while before Sisters comes out with its big release of models.

Beast Snagga have a lot to reveal since we seen only a handful of pictures of two models while there have been plenty of hints that this will be a substantial release of a new ork sub-kultur.

Still, that is only two codexes and Charadon. Unless there are more models in those releases than we even now expect, there has to be more 40K content than that for two days worth.

Ok, so they've put up a teaser. Not quite the same as a formal announcement.

Even putting Be'lakor and the two new Slaaneshi things aside, aren't Daemon players still looking at two books (their 'Dex and one of the Psychic Awakening books) for their full rules, given that Keepers, Fiends and Flesh Hounds all got an update outside of the Codex? That's a good reason to do a new book - consolidating everything to avoid needing multiple books.

I think we'll see it all.

I doubt I'm alone here, but I think every sketch in that initial trailer has a miniature release, and they'll show off the lot of them this week.

Not if each presentation is 1/2hr to 45m.

There's always the comedy option of Epic: Horus Heresy. The original Space Marine game used the same trick as Titanicus in producing one set of sprues to cover both sides, and I'm sure there's a pretty big audience overlap between HH and AT. Plus it would be a neat way to introduce the massively scaled Siege of Terra storyline.

But anyway it's totally AOS.

Thursday 40k will likely be something we haven't seen before, so neither Orks or Sisters. I'm going out on a limb and saying either a big look at new Craftworlds with quick leaks of some images or it will be chaos related.

There are a couple of Rumor Engines that are pretty chaosy. Quite a few that are Destruction/Orky. And a number of Imperium ones. I think a decent number of the Imperium ones will be revealed to be new Sisters of Battle, and a good number of the Orky ones will be the new Beast Snaggas.

That leaves the Chaosy ones, including some vultures and other birds... It'd be great to get World Eaters or Emperor's Children, or to at least get the Chaos Space Marines Codex to get updated to 9th ed (2 wounds baby) and maybe get a few last models updated, like the Bikers...

With the way they're pushing the preview, I hope for something meaty.

But... I expect (in order) Vampires, Sisters, a couple novels, blood bowl team, Orks, Broken Realms 4. Vamps and Sisters being a lot of what we've already seen.

If any surprises come it'll be more than a BB team on Thursday that isn't just the Hive War box (and a dodge about Cursed City, otherwise that's hanging over the whole day like a shroud- 'we will let you buy the boxed game this time, honest guv'); and maybe AoS 3 on Saturday.

As far as specialist/box games go, I’m kind of dubious on Epic or BFG. Doesn’t mean I don’t think it could happen, but I don’t think they’ll be major sellers if they do, either. They’re games everyone says they love, but never actually play. Being realistic, Aeronautica Imperialis is on life support at this point. I think they’re just too proud and invested to actually kill it off. As I said in other posts, both of the places I know that carried it, stopped. Just no interest. Anecdotal, but I think it is pretty close to reality for that game.

I’m kind of expecting to hear something about AoS v3. By modern GW turnaround times, it’s ‘due’. But given their issues just keeping the current line in stock, I’d have to doubt their ability to successfully get major new releases into the market in sufficient quantities these days, whatever they announce.

I'd love to point to the problem of losing out on 6 months worth of production on GW's part. They had to cut corners, and Aeronautica likely got the worst of it. It's not a bad game, but you have to have factions that people care about. If they get some Eldar and Chaos fighter jets in there, it might start picking up.

Titanicus was a slow seller at first too. When all you had were Warlords vs. Warlords, there wasn't much of a game to play at all. Now they've got a lot more in it and the game is healthier.

We'll see what happens. I don't think that they've given up on Aeronautica. Heck, they might even show off something new for it on the boxed games day.

I’d love to point out - GW was already having trouble keeping all of its products in stock and available , before covid was a thing.

For any Aeronautica Imperialis fans there is/was supposed to be something previewed on the coming boxed game preview day. I hope they do, as in retrospect:

There have been no monthly Flight Plans for 3 months now, that's Feb, March & April.

Dec 15 2020 they previewed the Marauder Colossus.

Jan 21 2021 they previewed the Tau Remora Drones.

Both those previews are yet to be released. The remoras being FW though were delayed due to the limited output for covid reasons.

The Aeronautica freebie card we got in the Nov 2020 white dwarf (ghost avenger) was actually the last official Aeronautica release.

*Edit, just remembered the Dec 2020 White Dwarf did have the 'Looted Rules' for Orks & Tau, so that was the last official game addition

So yes it's been a while between flights so it would be nice to get confirmation of something. Even just the release months for the Colossus and Remora Drones.

I know there was a third box/expansion planned and accepted it would always get pushed back due to the need to get out more pressing/popular releases in these crazy days.

Anyway, fingers crossed for news but if not there will be enough other things to get distracted by I'm sure.

We seen GW state april, we seen the codex art from GW site. It was supposed to come out in april but the warehouse closure came on bit unexpected time it seems for GW

Underworlds we are definitely getting something also. So that can really only be the Idoneth, unless they just do a card thing only weirdly..

No others for boxed games?

Some users on 4chan have hinted at previews for craftworld eldar. Is there any basis for that other than the rumor engine image?

Let's face it if enough people hint at seeing X army get something every time GW does a reveal they will eventually either

1) Be right

2) Be super wrong as the army is removed

And its weighted heavily toward 1 in general for 40K and AoS armies in general.

That said Craftworld is also the army most in need of attention in 40K now that Sisters of Battle got their huge update.
