I hope we get new plague monk models. I was thinking of starting a small Pestilens force, but I don't like the current, outdated models.
We aren’t, but I’m with you as much as I’ve been disagreed with for that opinion. Yes, Skaven have lots of finecast that needs doing, but Plague Monks would be a priority for me. They’re awful and actually older than some of the finecast stuff, and they’re a core(ish) unit. I wish GW would do more to keep core units up to date, because they’re what you’re gonna have a lot of in the army. Although they’re a bit better than they have been now, and that does come along with price rises so, every silver lining and all that.
Defo Plague Monks and Gutter Runners. They’re heavily outdated, and I’ve never seen a Plague Monk kit without quite extreme mould lines.
I wouldn’t say no to a significant wider update though, such as plastic weapon teams.

The Plague Monks probably won’t, since we do have the new boxart for them and it’s the old sculpts. Eshin though is definitely fair game. Dare I hope updated Gun-Teams?

I'm assuming the recent Underworlds Skaven are either a trial run for new Gutter Runners, or cut-offs from an already finalized kit.

Definitely on for CSM, and Squats I’d imagine.
Hoping for a decent look at the squats, maybe not a full reveal but a glimpse of the other elements and a chat about their development and design. I'm amazed there have been virtually no leaks [other than they are coming] for Squats, its kind of good because I have no idea what yto expect.
A roadmap would be good and maybe a teaser video of a few upcoming models for those factions.

Honestly I got the feeling that the original plan was to remove the gun teams and replace them with the weaponised rat ogres. That said it was all born of a time when GW was doing strange things with Old World/ AoS so now we've wound up with both. Gun teams would be almost a no-brainer - letting GW replace several metal kits with a single plastic one. But it seems that such logic is rare from GW - it really seems to hinge on if anyone in the creative departments wants to do skaven enough to bother.

With all these leaks I'm getting the impression that GW has managed to disgruntle people again in the recent past after riding the nuGW hype for so long, that there are now a fair few who are not just in a position to spoil things but willing and motivated to do so.
If that's true and Squats aren't simply a well kept secret, then agreed, it's nice for any leakers to hold back and not rain of GW's parade with Squats.

Leakers aren't people annoyed at GWs business choices, they're self serving prats looking for clout. After how bad the leaks have been recently I wouldn't be surprised if GW stops doing preview products. People didn't stop being mad at GW either, this site proves that every day.
The leaks so far have served no real purpose but making people annoyed and perpetuating the cycle of negativity. Instead of getting the full and accurate picture we have pages upon pages of people getting angrier and angrier because someone decided to leak random parts of a Codex.

...do you understand what clout means?
How tf are you supposed to get clout from a gakky potato cam from an anonymous source? It's literally designed to make it so GW can't track down the leaker.

The idea that people leaking stuff are getting clout, firstly, is obviously nonsense.
Secondly, the leaks themselves being the source of negativity - rather than the *lacking preview* or *material itself* being the source of negativity itself.
The optimism cult, as always, is in full swing.

That they're all wearing void suits is going to mean a lot of their miniatures don't have beards, as it seems to severely limit the possibilities.
I don't like that at all, fantasy dwarfs without beards just look a bit odd.
It seems like a strange design choice that they're also wearing what appears to be a trenchcoat over their void suit.
