So GW are again basically telling us we should ignore the "no mixing and matching between 40K & HH" and just keep using the models which just look cooler? Sure, I can do that..

Oh and one of those Saturnine Praetors for me please! I think it would make for a bitchin' Inquisitor conversion/kitbash..

It’s not like anyone was going to come after your kneecaps with a hammer in the first place.

Saturnine Dread weapons do look to be easy to magnetise. Just trying to work out the right size.

1mm thick seems right, but the diameter I’m struggling with. Would help if my existing magnets had their dimensions on the packets, but….no.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
However, Goonhammer suggests 5mm x 1mm for the Main guns, and 3mm x 1mm for the nipple cannons.

So in 3 years when HH 4.0 comes out, they'll switch to the smaller table size and then HH will need the new smaller footprint drop pods too.

Of all the things and designs to complain about, I dont think the HH basic marines are on the list for me.
Sure they could ad more options and stuff, but I simply dont see the need for it, and would honestly prefer if they kept it simple and didnt try to overdesign them.
And you know GW always say "if it aint broken, dont try to fix it".

Never realized til today that some HH players consider themselves exempt from the "GW makes too many Space Marines" paradigm, but here we are. Three sprues for every armour mark going forward!

Does it usually take longer?

Cuz this would be the one time out of one hundred that I might believe the 'ol conspiracy theory that they opened up an unpopular product to cycle the sprues into another product.

I swear GW was inspired by the packaging of hot dogs and hot dog buns.

But they've also done things like put War Walkers in units of 2 and have 2 in the box. Warlocks are now 2 in a box and can be taken in units of up to 4. So why did they not do that for this saturnine stuff?

Pete the Wargamer posted a short doing something pretty cool with the Saturnine Dread, and you don't need to do a 4chan verification to see it.

I also learned the YouTube tags don't work with their shorts.

Amidst the mists and coldest frosts he thrusts his fists against the posts and still insists he sees the ghosts.

using the Saturnine as GreyKnights is the most useful thing I have seen so far
it got the size and the look to be an alternative baby carrier and the Saturnine infantry would also make a good base for GK Termis

Ah ok. I acknowledge that I can be a bit slow on the up take with some of these things, but I wasn't sure how something like that had slipped past me.
But if it's only a new thing, then that doesn't surprise me that I'd missed it.
