It's not an ACOG. I had a water pistol when I was a kid that had a rotating piece on top of the muzzle that the water sprayed out from, so you could 'surprise' people by shooting sideways instead of straight forwards.

Yeah, that's an Ork energy pistol. The gun silhouette is obviously Votann though, as judged by the background and the fact we saw a very, very similar design previously

Well the one in the picture posted is a robot, maybe he can view through the sight of the gun.
Well in fact maybe any/all LoV can do such stuff.

People weren’t afraid of guns when they first saw them, as they took it to be something they knew from their own knowledge/place in history. Till they fired.

Maybe people in 40,000 years would laugh at you for thinking that’s just a sight.

Yeah, I was thinking that it was a Leagues version of that Ork gun, or Orks salvaged one somehow, since it has the same sort of barrel.
