Those arrows do not look 40k to me, unless it is for a grotty corner like Necromunda.

Even if Exodites were using bows, they would look much sleeker I reckon.

Counterpoint: the triangular metal tag on the cloak is a style element that appears several times on the Kroot Killteam, and they do have two bow-like weapons in that set.

Maybe a remiagining update on the Ratskins gang for Necromunda? Or a specialist unit for Ash Wastes Nomads.

I can see Kroot using techno-bows, but those do not look like techno-arrows.

The cloak does look extremely Kroot-y though. As you say, the traingle tag matches very well.

The proportions look strange. Kind of short cloak and/or huge arrows. Looks like a smallish guy having bolts for a boltthrower.

Dont get why kroot would be wearing a kroot cloak, and why they would suddenly use low tech weapons.

Ps: There is at least one skaven asassin with that exact triangle detail, but its such a basic symbol it really dont say a thing.

Yeah. Unlike the previous three pieces that actually tie together, aesthetically, and then have the Kroot details from the literal Kill Team we got...

This one just feels different. From the arrow fletching being fairly primitive to the "cloak" feeling more like a concealment piece than a decorative piece?

Might be Scourge Privateer-themed. They did fold a chunk of the Beastmasters stuff from the Dark Elves into that grouping and have established them as grabbing beasties for the various factions in the Cities of Sigmar.

It looks like a Squig Squid? Or some sort of sea-creature? You can just spot the beginning of a dotted/mottled pattern on it at the bottom, makes me think it is something alive/organic. Probably unconsequential base chaff on something mostly unrelated.

It could be a big "meat eating" flower, like a mix of the stranger things monster and piranha plants

I’m going to say… new Necromunda beastie. Either some sort of sludge-beast or one of the weirder plants they have, like a brain-leaf.

The hammer/mallet above is a classic stone troll/ common troll weapon, and we also have that spider-skull thingy from the older unsolved images, which could be some sort of trophy, armour or banner?

You have good eyes, that might be very well true! Stilts and similar things have been 'in fashion' lately, just like lite-model-standing-on-brute-model teams, so that might be the direction this is going. Necromunda had some dust-walkers on stilts in pre-concept art shown years ago, maybe it's them? Or some stilted gobbo?
