FEC bones are A) white, not black, B) usually almost the size of the limb they pierce through, not microscopic in comparison, C) end in obvious epiphysis at least on one side...

Gorger with a weapon crudely pinned in place of one had, maybe. Or a FEC critter with similar accessory (remember some of the new ones have actual metal weapons now). Not a standard ghoul though; too big.

That was my thought that it was a vampire which had been seriously hurt but was regenerating and some how being preserved or in the process of regen or something like that .

Ogres maybe? It looks vaguely like a finger with a nail gripping the vampstick at the bottom above the ENG. If it is, then it's a big hand and big hand means big orc or ogre. And ogres like to eat don't they? What would an ogre like more then a replenishing source of meat on hand.

I'm guessing an ogre magic user of some sort. Vampstick probably acts as one part magical focus and one part mid-battle snack.

Id say maybe FEC, but they had some warcry releases already. I was thinking maybe it’s a FEC that’s trying to resurrect a dead vampire by filling his corpse with organs to restart their heart

Honestly FEC have one of the smallest model lines in the whole game. If any faction is going to get a lions share release of loads of new kits its them. Even Fyreslayers get more random kits, even if most of them are just more leaders.

Plus several of the Flesheater kits would count as an update for Soulblight as well. New Zombiedragon/Terrorgast would be a big update for both armies.
