It's used twice in 2 articles in 2 contexts, correctly, both times.

On 38 they say penultimate stop (referring to the article).

On 39 they say penultimate miniature, which we therefore assume the final one is to be revealed next weekend with no article.

If there's an article 40, then you can complain.

I have 12 of those because of OG Warhammer Quest. They were 2nd hand, and the person who painted them did them in Christmas colours.
