Yes, I remember realising they didnt sell the classic Bastion anymore when they put it on MTO last time.

The trenches would have been great for DKoK if it were not for the pile of dead beeing Cadians.

So, Eldar and Guard were two weeks apart, with Gloomspite in-between. Any bets on whether Emperor's Children go up for pre-order in two weeks, immediately after the High Elves?

I kind of feel like Soulblight will come before EC; but that might just be my bias for Soulblight!

That said I don't think there will be much in it since GW are storming through these big releases now and there aren't that many big chunky releases on the preview docket left to go !

Given recent history, I'll bet it'll be:

High Elves
Emperor's Children box
Vampires
Emperor's Children proper.

Dont see why thats a problem - Cadians arent as good at trench warfare, they all got slaughtered and Kriegsmen were sent in to replace them amd hold the line with pride.

Prolly not, gw rarely does back to back boxes, vampire box needs separatiom from ec box

There's a reliable TGA poster saying that EC & Black Library are the next two weeks of releases, followed by Gloomspite in early March and Soulblight at the end of March.

I assume that the recently unveiled HH stuff will be thrown somewhere in between the AOS waves, along with the Eldar combat patrol.

But I thought we just had Gloom....oh.... there wasn't any individual sets in that release nor the book.... darn it March is soooooooooooo far away!

They’ve been proper delayed, by the last roadmap. 4th of the On The Horizon releases, if they’re done with/near Chaos Knights.

"On The Horizon" is Grey Knights, Salamanders (?), Black Templars, and Chaos Knights, and the LVO preview ended with [INSERT SPACE WOLVES HERE].

They haven't specified what happened to Imperial Knights, and this only leaves Squats and Dark Eldar with absolutely no mention thus far.

Has anyone heard if grey Knights are going to get taller? If they do, they are going to have to redo the horrific Nemesis Dreadknight.

By horrific, I mean ugly and scary. I watched one yesterday bounce around murdering some Votann.

Maybe I can just save my money and buy something ridiculous from GW...

Interesting about that MTO of the Bastion/Bunker, curious to see if it's gonna be the same price as last year. I got some and after building them, I might be interested in getting more as the bastion was really a cool kit with lots of potential to build all kind of variant with multiple kits!

Fantasy armies - Retired (Tomb Kings, Vampires, Empire, Chaos Warriors/Daemons, Dark Elves)

Tyranids army - Ever evolving, but about 10k pts
Custodes - 3,500pts (Fully painted yay!)
Thousand Sons - 4,000 pts
Eldar - 3,000pts

But sure, never mind the fanboying over Primarchs - they have do something about that bloody baby carrier!

The rumour is that Grey Knights are getting a add on sprue for the baby carrier. Maybe that will make it look less dumb.

Bunch of those rumours don't seem like they fit the current timelines though, so less sure if that's real.

Unless it fully encases the pilot, I don't see that happening.

That one model is what kept me from buying Grey Knights. I ended up throwing my money at another ridiculously tiny Imperial army instead.

[I do like the conversions people have done to make the Dreadknight look like a really big Grey Knight.]

So, there's nothing concrete about any changes coming to the GK model range? I feel like there should be at least one model with the upcoming codex... maybe the Librarian or Tech-Priest will finally come out.

Is the Dreadknight going in its own baby carrier carried by a bigger Double Dreadknight?

The GK only have 3 unique kits and 2 characters in plastic. Per Crowe model, the aestetics aren't going to really change, just proportions. If a GK vs WE kill team is true, they could use that to update the PAGK kit, then only the Terminators and Dreadknight would need adjusting. After that, anything would be new- potentially a proper GK dreadnought kit

This would be an awesome modelling project.

A Titan babycarrying a Dreadknight, with the GK terminator, and the helmet open showing that its a mechanical suit with a Caryatid/watcher in a tiny cockpit in the head/torso.

Any advancement on 4 levels of recursion?

Dark Eldar are now just confined to allies for Eldar if they go Ynnari.

No codex needed.

I mean that's a stunning limited hyper super mega edition, good extras, but meant to be part of a 4 books set that I can easily see costing £600 (for all 4), if you beat scalpers 4 times and don't mind it going out of date in a year.

I mean, cool if you want to pay that price for something that has a shelf life of the next balance sheet. Also it reminds me of a while back when they got into that habit of releasing different tiers of special edition codices.
