I was going to post it, but my urge to care is so low at this point.

They put out more images of the new Masters if the Universe... Sadly no pictures of Jared Leto as Skeltor.

Not quite upcoming TV, but this beautiful remake of the Gundam Wing opening was released to celebrate the series' 30th Anniversary, and seems to be hinting at a new series of redesigns for the series' iconic Gundam suits (possibly feeding into more rumors of a future anime adaptation of Glory of the Losers but those rumors are almost as old as the series is now).

Remember the 90s XD

According to Wikipedia it had a one-day theatrical release on August 13th before going to VOD. The film had a box office of $264,526 (ouch!)

It never played around my neck of the woods. I would've gone and added 10 bucks to their total.

Yes. After the original, Netflix jumped on it and paid for two sequels.

Sisu is getting a sequel, wherein the protagonist kills the bozhemoi out of Soviet Russians.

Also, there’s an upcoming horror movie told from the family dog’s perspective called Good Boy. Looks really tense.

It’s got Michael Caine signed up.

It’s gonna be great.

Them’s just the rules.

Also whilst a ropey actor at best? I don’t think I’ve ever not enjoyed a Vin Diesel film.

Michael Caine is 92 years old!

He has had a movie a year since 2020. Hard to fathom he is 92.

Honestly, Red Sonja looked worse than Deathstalker.

Deathstalker has that vibe of either
1) we really have no budget
2) we have a budget but we are being super campy and pretending we don't have a budget

Both honestly can work well, the latter has the bonus that at least they tend to be able to hold a camera steady and show clearly what's going on; the former can end up with wobby-hand-held-camera whilst not knowing how to hold a camera syndrome and such.

Red Sonja is a more serious on all fronts film from the looks which kinda moves it into a different classification of film. You sort of take it more seriously and judge it more harshly; whilst a campy film you can overlook a lot of stuff cause its mostly just messing around.

Kinda like the difference between the local pantomime production and a major theatrical production of Hamlet.

In that quoted comparison - neither. They are simply different and each is good and bad in their own right
