Standard game size appears to be 1500 pts, Stahltruppen cost 30 points each without upgrades.

Thanks for posting! Good to see an initial positive review, and it will be interesting when we start getting some more in-depth analysis and battle reports posted on YouTube. I do like the sound of simplification and key words used for the new Rift stuff, which sounds similar to OnePageRules mechanics (which work very well).

My FLGS has started taking pre-orders, hopefully it will not be long until the game starts to arrive.

Great review. But what of Reactions? are those still present in the newest K47?

Haven't heard anything about reactions yet, i'd assume it's similar if not the same as Bolt Action v3.

My starter box from Warlord Games showed up in the mail today, way earlier than I had expected. Everything in the box looks good so far. The linebacker comes with an MDF base, no base for the axis spider walker though. I am not too sure how to start building and outfitting the units, as it may be another week before the PDF army lists with points costs are put online.

The British are getting a mk II version of their automated infantry. The Soviet DM 40 Molot might be new, I think the two legged Cossack was renamed to Kazak light walker.
