Every year my compatriots and I gather and exchange horrible presents. They have to be under 25 dollars, and odd. The stranger, the better.

I'm just at a loss this year. Any help?

Here is a for instance that I gave away last year:

Why would anyone want to call crows? I mean, you can get in a lot of trouble in America for trying to group crows. They call it:

The 'goats in trees' calendar has got to be worthy of consideration for such a purpose.

How "naughty" can these gifts be? I've seen a rolled-up prophylactic the size of a dinner plate.

My dad once got a "Lecture by the Hour" clock. Instead of a chime, every hour it spat out an old-time "Dad Lecture", like "Back in my day...."

You have no idea how close I was to getting this for my wife. But not as a gag gift.

She would have been a lucky woman indeed. I'm curious as to what you found that trumped it, though?

I don’t remember the specific year, but recently, besides the usual things like jewelry, I got her a Bird Buddy, which she loves, plush birdies that sing when you squeeze them, and some figurines for her garden, such as a frog playing a banjo and a frog photographer.

We watch baby goat videos on YouTube a lot when we need something unbearably cute. I’ll draw her pictures of cute animals sometimes to cheer her up.
