The Internet has failed me. I am trying to find a cohesive list of live-action Mecha films.
I'm going to use the Go Nagai (the guy who created the genre) and Guillermo del Toro definition of Mecha:
Mecha are human-driven, heavily armored robotic fighting machines.
So no Transformers, Iron Giant, etc...
I've had to expand my list to include exo-suits like in Iron Man, Aliens, and Edge of Tomorrow.
