I'd rather Victrix stick to things which reflect their specific strengths, namely well-researched realism and soft-surface sculpting. Since they did a great job with their medieval farm animals, I would really like to see them do some wild animals. A lot of RPG players could make good use of wolves, bears, snakes, wild dogs, jackals, deer, bison, and assorted big cats, and they would be great for dioramas, base decorations, and so on too.
There are several plastic kits for giant (or otherwise fantastic) wolves on the market, but weirdly none for just normal, natural ones. Since they are probably the most common 'enemy' (normal) animal in RPGs and appear in large(ish) groups, I think they would suit a plastic kit best.
There's also something to be said for not-giant rats. Even more useful for base decoration and dioramas, and can be used to construct rat swarms for RPGs and wargames. Or become giant rats in smaller scales, of course.

Obviously they're actively considering branching out tho. Hopefully not just to chase after Atlantic and Archon money.

Henge Terrain. Properly scaled, based on real world Henges.

Including the standing stones, because everyone’s knows Henge describes the perimeter ditch.

Well Victrix is already covering many of the most popular historical periods so it makes sense to try and branch out. Question is if they'll stay historical or go Fantasy/Sci-Fi. Fantasy is bit closer to home and they have released those generic barrel, sack and market stall sets recently. Perhaps they noticed those sold really well to fantasy-gamers?

I suggested 15th century Scandinavians cause nobody makes those. And I know no-one ever will... :(

More WW2 kits! The German kit they came out with last year is objectively the best plastic late war german kit in terms of weaponry provided, scale, and amount of models for the price. US infantry, Fallschirmjager, US Airborne.

I went Bronze age/ early iron age - because the upcoming WGA Egyptians aren't only gonna fight themselves. A cheeky choice would be Hittites or Assyrians

But I also suggested making some kits to flesh out making character / hero options for existing ranges. The command sprues for the late Romans are great, and it's be nice to see that kinda thing for the ancient Greeks as well.

I put down for multipurpose modern civilians/non combat.
It’s a main want for me in plastic as there isn’t a huge selection on the market yet.

I suggested "Multipart modular sci fi/fantasy mutants, with dozens of options - heads, appendages, tails etc that can be assembled in an infinite variety of crazy ways still leaving plenty of bits for other projects."

I'd like a plastic sprue chock full with technical gadgets and panels for kitbashing all sorts of scifi/steampunk/etc mechanical stuff with. Small detail bitz like that add a lot of visual interest to scratch built terrain. 28mm scale or thereabouts.

Not sure they can compete with the originals since they're pre-assembled and prebased for only a couple bucks for a whole platoon!

I hate to say it but Victrix is too slow for that in my opinion. WGA's problem is that their attention is all over the place, but when they focus, the turn out kits at lightning speed. And I say that liking what both companies do.

The News and Rumors section is all about surprises. I'd certainly hate it if we got 100 posts saying "I know something you don't know..." - malfred

Whoever said Assyrians and/or Hittites..... you are speaking my language! Especially with multi-horse chariots. Damn that would be hawt!

Realistically, I still want to make a Numidian, Samnite, adn Carthaginian army from their sets so I really do not need them to make more new stuff!

IDK - there was a wait longer than I expected for them, but Victrix pooped out the majority of the Late Roman range really quickly - it was only the Cataphracts that came out late, and as a (very pleasant) surprise.

And we're still waiting on WGA Squamata legionaries, despite them having been announced first.

I honestly considered putting down Etruscans, but I feel like they are gonna be re-doing some of their republic era kits anyway.

I love victrix kits, I have thousands of models from them. But to be honest, the only thing I'd want to see more of from them that wasn't part of their regular releases anyway is more of their fantasy conversion kits like they made for the knights, but kept within the realm of realism. Nothing too warhammer-y, as there is just too much else out there that does it very well. I buy victrix as I love their more grounded take on figures, even if I use them for both Lord of the rings and Warhammer.

I'd love to see Lord of the rings style conversion packs in the same style as the knight pack. Horse lord conversion packs with horse shields and helms/heads. 'Generic' hill tribes and evil eye shield and helm packs. Men of the North/South Shield/helm/banner packs. Southerner conversion packs that go with their war elephant sets (god this could kill my wallet!)

These could all fit existing kits (Though I'd expect some would take slight chopping and changing) or being forced on to 'specific' sets to sell them same as the knight kit.

I own lot of the MESBG range, but I'm always adding to it from historical ranges, I love the films and books and want to collect as much as I can from both!

Etruscans is another great answer! I kitbashed some from left over Greeks, Republican Romans, and some Viking bits. A little Green stuff also helped.....

I am still hoping for Assyrians/Hittites/ Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age period. My Hittites and Egyptians are currently 6mm from Baccus.

I would love for them to get into bronze age stuff, though with WA doing Egyptians finally hopefully something else.

If more medieval, proper good Andalusians would be cool - they had bits for that in the Norman horse kit but an infantry kit and a cavalry kit that are somewhere more overtly in between their Early Crusaders/Normans/Spanish and their Saracens/Seljuks/Rum would be neat, though tbf one can kitbash El Cid era stuff pretty effectively from various kits.

Napoleonic skirmish packs might be a good one, ala their Pillage sets that combine various sprues from their dark ages lines, but that's just new packaging.

Thorakitai/Imitation legionaries to go with their Thureophoroi would be nice too.

Parthians/Sassanids would be neat too.

Yeah, I was thinking about Parthians/Sassaids just last night.
