Subject: New to Warhammer 40k but not Dawn of War (all)

As the title says Im new to the table top game but not the lore or the games. I love every dawn of war game with a passion and I think I will enjoy the tabletop version just as much but I would like advice to get started and to chat about the games if anyones up for it.
