Two Necron flyers were stolen from sunshine adventure gaming store in Miami Florida last week. They have a very distinctive hand painted skull motif.

if anyone sees them on eBay or in ply at a local store please post here or PM me.

thank you!

Here is a pic (they both look the same )

That sucks that someone stole from another gamer. I'll keep an eye out.

If you find them, curb stomp em for me, and tell em to get a real job so they afford what they like and not have to steal gak like a sad little useless bitch.

Watch Craigslist and Ebay. If you have other gaming stores in your area (chances are they wont be back to yours) ask around about Necron players. Even go so far as asking the owners to take pics of the players armies (taking pics for the website guys! Say cheese!).

Wow that is a really nicely done model, such a shame to have someone take it. I'm in OK currently so I can't do much, but I'll watch ebay.

I wish you the best of luck finding them.

Without serial numbers of some kind etched into the model (which could be covered with liquid green stuff) and the easy ability to strip paint, it might be difficult to recover them.

If I believed in karma, I'd say that they will get theirs.

That's why I tend to put markings on my models. Usually beneath the base or somewhere on the flocking. I hope that you recover your pieces!

maybe we should implant those mini gps tags in the models somehow...

perhaps GW will start selling those too... "finefind gps imprints" fineley detailed skull icons that contain gps trackers to locate lost models!

yea...

anyway, im not anywhere close, but its a problem here as well. local tournaments or game days are epidemics of thefts. ive personally had seargents and special weapons stolen, and someone even walked off with one of my ravagers sponson gunners. my friends have had simaler, the most expensive loss being a landspeeder. so most of the stuff taken here is small and "pocketable" - wich leads me to think its kids who just want a kick... but we did have a local have an entire army taken he had left his cases at a FLGS under the "care" of one of the employees, and a few days later they were discovered missing. no one has found them.

since most if not all the thefts happen when you are away from the models, ive started making sure im never away from my models when they are out of case, OR i have a trusted friend watch them while i bio break, get foodstuffs etc.

unfortunitly the recovery rate of stolen models is like 0% so i think your outa luck bud... but if you do happen to locate them the theiving grot deserves a good kicking. best of luck in recovering them.

Cruise the local game stores in your area and if you see the son of a bitch punch him in the throat and stomp his guts in until he pisses himself.

Yeah, this happens a lot where people leave entire armies at my local FLGS and I just don't get it. That's hundreds to thousands of dollars and all it takes is one busy period for someone to walk off with it.

That's a really cool paint job, what a great idea, I will keep an eye out.

I hate to hear that. I had a local player try to keep some stuff I had left at his house. I still ended up losing a bunch of Guard stuff, and my SM Rhinos, although I did get the majority of my stuff back.

With the advent of the internet and sites like Ebay, its more likely then you think. A guy some years ago had his Nids stolen, and they were very distinct looking. He found them a year or so later, a few states away because the thief sold them on Ebay. So the purchaser was contacted, along with Ebay, and they got it all straitened out.

There was a post on the 3++ site just this morning. I don't think it's your flyers but....ironic coincidence?

Those are not the same ones...different colors in the skulls and I have seen those pics a couple months back. Also note that the wings are way different.

I'm sorry for your loss, and I hope you get them back.

Oh snap. That sucks. I game there on occasion (i live in broward.) Ill keep an eye out in the game stores up here. You could try sending PM's to the local stores on FB so their management can keep a look out at their gaming tables or for people coming in trying to sell stuff to their players. Florida super comics is popular up here for 40k as it Tate's gaming satellite plus a few other small ones..
