Plummeting Black Templar Thunderhawk Pilot

I haven't played the new Kill Teams rules but have a game Thursday so I am hoping to get some help making my list. I played the 5th ed rules a few times so am familiar with the general design.

The game is for a summer campaign that my group is doing so i have to use BT Chapter Tactics and I know i will be facing necrons. I will also have 3 objectives I have to control so need to either be able to kill a lot of necron or have a lot of bodies. Here are a few lists that I have thought of.

Option 1

Dreadnought with Assault Cannon and DC
5 Crusaders with Heavy Bolter

Option 2

6 Crusaders with Heavy Bolter and Melta Gun
6 Crusaders with Heavy Bolter and Melta Gun

Option 3

7 Stern guard

Option 4
5 Stern guard and an Assault Cannon Razorback

Any help to decide on with one to run would be great!

Some Tomb World in some galaxy by that one thing in that one place (or Minnesota for nosy people)

Option 2 is your best bet, maybe drop them down to 5 man each with ML and Plasma since your meltas will probably get focused down before they get to shoot and the rockets are incase of wraiths or other things with 3+ armour or multi wound

Dis filfy git wantz ta know?

2 or 4.
2 gives you alot of men that will be harder to kill. i would drop meltas for plasmas. you wont ever be in range.

4 gives you a tanky deathstar feel. but if the bring a antitank gun it wont be good.

How about this then?

5 man crusader squad with HB, PG and 1 Neophyte
5 man crusader squad with HB, PG

Comes to 200 puts even.

Would give 1 HB Split Fire, a PG Feel no Pain, and other HB Ignore cover

That sounds pretty good.

Do SM Dreads have a LS value now to take in KT?

Dreadnoughts are not legal in in any Kill Teams ruleset that I know of.

I would favor running option 2. You have the weapons to deal with a range of opponents, as well as the bodycount to survive.
