I love speeder bikes and the AT-AT, they are cool as hell. Obviously I love Ghost riders bike and Spawns as well, and you can't forget the BatMobile from the Arkham games, but better than the BatMobile, the batpod or any bat motorcycle.

The OG Real Robot. Variations acceptable, up too and include wacky alien tech fusion real robot, time travel real robot, and wacky plastic model real robots are serious business.

Bonus points to my favorite of the variations; big mace smash real robot.

StarCraft Terran vehicles are a favourite of mine. Also Babylon 5 did a great job of doing the hardest sci-fi vehicles of the 90s.

I've always been partial to Star Trek's Danube class runabout - I like the Starfleet aesthetic in general, but the Danube struck a really pleasing balance between Starfleet's glowy chic look and a sense of tangible practicality, inside and out. Beyond that, most of the usual suspects any Trekkie would pick - with the exception of the Sovereign, I never really got attached to it. A lot from Mass Effect as well, starting with Normandy SR-1 (I had some great times on board SR-2, but I really miss the mobile engine assemblies, the 2 lost something in stripping out the turian influences), Destiny Ascension, her distant distant ancestor Ocean of Stars, postwar Vanguard, basically anything the asari every built, the Audacious class, it's a long list, we don't need to be here all day. Honorable mentions to Space: 1999's Eagle transport, the B-Wing and TIE Defender, the Wind Raider from Masters of the Universe, the Rocinante, the Tim Burton Batmobile, USS Cygnus, Windblade, the Lightcycle, James Bond's Aston Martin DB5, Miles Mayhem's Switchblade, HMS Hexapuma, Space Battleship Yamato, and Gordon the Big Engine.

All those are number two or lower to the TARDIS, of course.

The best things for me that came out of the sequel films was the trailer snippet of the T70s screaming along the water surface.

Similarly, the Rogue 1 x-wing bits were stupendous, and finally caught up with the quality of the original trilogy model-based effects.

Both deserve credit and praise for Sticking With The Physics As Established, but using digital processes to film shots the OT just couldn’t, despite its staggering level of innovation and invention.

X-Wings are definitely one of the best designs out there. For whatever reason I've always had a soft spot for the Moldy Crow though.

Mecha in general is also a good call. Hard to beat the VF-1 Valkyrie in that regard.

The Spinners from the Blade Runner movies.

The Ornithopters from the new Dune movies, love the design aesthetic.

Most of the tanks from the C&C franchise, but specifically the Tesla Tank, the Overlord, and the Mammoth/Apocalypse tanks (something just amazingly ridiculous about the 2 barrels, 4 sets of treads look on those)

I would go with the VF-1 Valkyrie from Macross.
I'm pretty sure it was the first Mech/Transformer my child brain was exposed to back in ye olden pre-internet childrens television days. The only toy available of it in my country was the Transformers Jetfire version, which was too expensive.

The Batmobile - particularly the '66 & '89 models (Adam Wests & Keatons)

The USS Enterprise NCC-01 (Refit) - Kirk's ship from the first 2 movies.
I like it just a tiny bit more than the OS version.

Naboo Starfighter
Y-wing
Tie Interceptor
(X-wings are also cool, but those first 3....

Don't think I ever watched the entire movie, but I loved the motorcycles from Akira. Think some Euro company actually brought a "Kaneda Bike" concept to market a few years ago.

Star Destroyer from Star Wars is awesome. I loved the idea of such a huge space ship when I saw it as a kid.

Agreed on the APC from Aliens, brilliant design.

And Imperial Navy ships from 40K look absolutely awesome in my opinion.

I liked the gunships and the AMP suits from Avatar, and the interstellar spaceship at the beginning was a pretty cool design too, with the solar sail and all.

Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700
