Cadians mixed with scouts...nice.
But the hands/arms look just a 'bit' big.

Leading them to look more like Goliaths, but without the awesome mohawks and the awesome gay bar outfits

In general, it looks good...love the shot gun though...I never got the new scout pieces.

looks like he is going to tip over. The barrel is too long and bulky. Have you tried a heavy stubber from an IG vehicle kit? One of those might do the trick.

@ Teh_K42 He's pretty hard to tip over because he has the plastirod is very light and he has extra weight aka the bullets near his feet.

I didn't mean that the model would literally fall over from the weight, I meant that the gun is much bigger than the guy holding it to the point of going beyond suspension of disbelief. That weapon seems disproportionately large and bulky, even by Warhammer standards.

Yeah, i'd tend to agree that the heavy stubber is a bit OTT. I used to have an escher with heavy stubber, and it was a helluva lot smaller than that. Also, your gang seems to have an awful lot of heavies, have you been playing a Necromunda campaign and got very rich?
One more thing - they all still look a bit too much like IG for my liking, the Cadian stuff is still very evident. Maybe try to GS over some of it, or file bits off.

It would make a nice looking kill team

@ Million - yeap I was lucky and started out with acreotech and the green settlers one,(the one were you chose what you want.) and chose arceotech again 4 D6 X (forgot the number don't have a rulebook on me) is a lot of credits=alot of heavys

Also the cadian stuff well there's a back story

Some of your conversions are a little messy; maybe the flamer would work better if you pinned on the extra nozzle. The pinning on the shotgunner is a fun idea. Your painting, on the other hand, is godly. Paint the gang as well as you did those terminators. I'll be looking forward to it.

yeah, the heavy stubber does look kinda big and off balanced - since you're using Cadian parts, check out what I did to make a heavy stubber using (almost) only cadian parts, here:

A summary on Ex-Col. Thomas Reaper

Thomas seemed to be unshakeable even in the face of defeat, stern, calm and very strict with his troops he quickly rose the ranks and became well reknowned in all Cadia.
But during the 13th black crusade during the battle for Cadian gate his troops lost morale, Commissar Yale tried to execute but, instead of choosing to be exacuted he fought back and killed Yale. After the battle most Cadians wanted his head for killing Yale, others thought against it but not out loud. After rounding up his men still loyal to him he left to Necromundia to hide for a couple years, but after awhile his men wanted to smell war again being Cadians he wanted to too but he kept to himself. When one of his troops came to him with the idea of making a gang seemed outrageous to him but after a while he warmed up to it and decided to, his men liked the idea (and of sleeping in a house instead a scrap dome) and when they started they found ancient ruins were tasty fungi grew. Thomas sent his men out to harvest it each day to get credits ( Hence the nickname "Ripe")

Meh I have a catachan gang going on now but I like the feel of the cadians.

Ok time for an update after my long time away (Finals what can I say) But Ive painted some of my gang here's some pics although they still need touch-ups.

Also some of my old Catchan gang.

I prefer the second lot of figures as they look more gang like, however what is the bucket gun thingy? (Not the plasma)
