INTRODUCTION
This was a while ago and may not be entirely accurate, but the results are. Comments and questions welcome. Enjoy!
The Red Scorpion points may not be quite correct - the Terminators were originally kitted out differently...
My first Spearhead deployment - yay! (Still waiting on a Seize Groud mission...)

PRELUDE
Orks win roll off and decide to go first.
Ork objective placed 12" from centre, along line to bottom right corner. RS objective placed deep in RS deployment zone near top left corner (behind ruins).
Orks deply two Trukks 12" from centre, Big Mek in Trukk on left. Deffkoptas deploy to left of Trukks. Snikrot and Kommandos in reserve (ambushing). RS deploys in top left corner, behind ruins, on RS objective. Four five man combat squads forward with Chaplain plus Terminators behind. Razorback deploys right of ruins.
Deffkoptas turbo boost forward, directly in front of RS.
RS fail to seize the initiative.
TURN 1
Deffkoptas edge forward to assault range. Trukks move flat out directly towards the RS lines - going around a pillar in the direct centre. Deffkoptas fire then assault flamer carrying combat squad, breaking them. Deffkoptas risk consolidating into the ruins.
Combat squad, being too close to Deffkoptas, flees the battlefield. Other RS juggle positions and fire on the Deffkoptas. Razorback fires on the Trukks, but the KFF actually works for a change. Chaplain and Terminators then assault the Deffkoptas, terminating them. Terminators consolidate back behind combat squads.
ORKS: 0 Objectives (1 KP), RED SCORPIONS: 1 Objective (1 KP)
TURN 2
Big Mek Trukk hurtles forward and unloads in front of another combat squad. Other Trukk moves flat out in an attempt to stop the Terminators counter assaulting, but the distance is too great. Shooting and assault see another combat squad wiped by the Big Mek and his boyz. They consolidate in the ruins, bracing for the inevitable counter assault by the Chaplain and Terminators...
RS shuffle some more. Fire (literally) and assault by Chaplain and Terminators wipes Big Mek and Boyz, for the loss of two. Razorback pops the Trukk with the other Trukk boyz mob.
ORKS: 0 Objectives (2 KP), RED SCORPIONS: 1 Objective (4 KP)
TURN 3
Snikrot and his Kommandos decide this is the turn to play and come on in the back left corner near the RS objective and it's combat squad babysitter, spreading out towards the combat squad on the other side of the ruins. Trukk boyz move to face off against the Chaplain and Terminators. Lone Trukk faces off against the Razorback. The Waagh is called and the Kommandos run to ensure they can multi assault the other combat squad. Other shooting has no effect. Assault fells another Terminator. Kommandos break the lone survivor of the combat squad on the RS objective, sending him fleeing off the board, and mive in to finish off the other squad whilst the Trukk boyz continue the fight against Chaplain and Terminators.
The Razorback destroys the Trukk. The Kommandos crump the last combat squad, sending the lone survivor fleeing, and consolidate towards the Razorback. Another Terminator falls.
ORKS: 0 Objectives (4 KP), RED SCORPIONS: 0 Objectives (5 KP)
TURN 4
Snikrot and his Kommandos shoot and assault the Razorback, destroying it. The Chaplain finally succumbs to the Nob Powerklaw, and the last Terminator goes down as well. The Trukk boyz consolidate on the RS objective
The lone marine, too close to the Kommandos, flees the board.
ORKS: 1 Objective (7 KP), RED SCORPIONS: 0 Objectives (5 KP)
RED SCORPIONS ANNIHILATED!

AFTERMATH
This was a game of forgetfulness and unfamiliarity. For example - we forgot the following:
RPJ in first turn.Storm Shield saves.Snikrot's -1 Ld penalty to enemies losing assaultThe Apothecaries (upgraded Sergeants) have two base attacks
Other notes:
FNP on Marines is very annoying!Inability to assault Terminators or target Chaplain early on increased their effectiveness.
