Ok, so as much as I love the green horde, the time has come for a new modelling project. The only other fantasy army that strikes me is the Warriors of Chaos, and discussing with a mate, I've come up with a short justification for the army. Basically, a warboss that is envious (who wouldn't be) of Grimgor figured that if the Chaos Wastes make an orc boy 'ard, then the Chaos Wastes it would be for him. Leading his waaagh into the wastes, he defeated numerous tribes and lordlings until he was visited by "da Godz". Convincing him that he would be made more powerful than any other warboss through endless war and corruption, our Warboss submitted and awoke the next morning sporting an icon upon his brow. The army will consist of mainly Khornate/Nurgle units, possibly with a sorcerer or two (shamans wanna be the most shooty as ever!).
Ok, this is getting long, so I want to wrap it up. I need modelling ideas for a couple of the WoC army options, here's what I have so far, and what I need:
Boys - Marauders
Blorcs - Warriors/Chosen
Wolf Riders - Warhounds
Marauder Cavalry - ?
Knights - ? (Considered using blorcs on boars, but really don't think they'll look right)
Also, I figured the existing Orc Shaman (Ol' Robey) will make a decent nurgle-esque Sorcerer, but need a base model for a Tzeentch based one.
Cheers folks, heres hoping for some good ideas.

There was a guy many moons ago from the Exeter GW that did a Khorne Orcs army all red skinned and bronze armour with squigs all melded together as Spawn.
It looked really cool...... use the tinternet as your inspiration there might be dedicated sites out there.

Oooh im definatly looking forward to seeing where this goes. I saw something online about chaos orks but dont think ive ever seen any chaos orks implemented
So to see something would be fantastic for me.
Ideas . . .
Definatly invest in the chaos mutations sprue's, those ones with the tentacle arms, multiple arms and randomy gribbly bits. obviously some GS for that little extra nurgly goodness.
Those warhounds will look pretty sweet with more of an infested paint job instead of them looking all bloody and red
Hopefully a few good ideas there. Maybe get a test mini up and see what people think to that

Sounds very interesting indeed
I have never seen a chaos orc army (only chaos ork) which is odd considering in WHFB fluff orcs are not as warp-proof as 40k orks are so would be more likely to turn...

Ok, so I've started the project. Started off with making some Chosen from Blorcs. Nothing major gone into them, have used the Khornate spawn head as one champs head and used the spawn claw to mark another. Then moved on to make some Dragon Ogres, inspired by Daba's awesome ones. So I used Cold One bodys, into Nob torso's and then converted up two great weapons and used the blorc ones also. Finally, I've made a start on Vilitch, although I don't want to use him generally, I can't get the idea of a goblin shaman praying that the tables were turned on him and a Black Orc Boss that bullied him ending up with a similar fate to the Curseling. Heres some pics - C&C welcome as ever, and sorry for the poor quality pics, had to use my phone. Also, not sure which heads I'm usingon the Dogres as yet.

Those Dogres caught my eye while I was browsing the gallery and I think as long as you give them the right heads they'll look pretty good. I would suggest bulking up the hind quarters of them with some armour if you can to stop them looking so top heavy.
I'm using some old metal Dragon Ogres as Ogryns for my Chaos army, I presume these Dogres would have similar rules?

These Dogres are for a Warriors of Chaos army, but I'm using converted Orcs as the models. Head wise at the moment, I'm stuck, am thinking of using the Black Orc heads, but not sure yet.

Sorry, I've been really busy with uni final year. Ok - I've been working on a bit of a more custom feeling Thogg. My theory is, the stench caused by the Orcish warriors would surely attract the attention of the mighty king of the trolls himself. So heres my WIP Throgg. Sorry the face is so unclear, the teeth should be more defined with a bit of painting.
