Well, not posted for a while, so here's the latest creation. I've brought the old Ork Warbuggy up to date and more into scale with the new Ork models. I've used bits from the Ork Kanz, Deff Dread, Trukk, Battlewagon, Bikes, Lootaz as well as loads of plasticard and tubing. I've added a Rokkit Launch from the Armorcast Cinematic Effects range. For painting, I've used the same methods as descibed in this thread....

Those look really neat. The rokkit firing is a neat touch, but I think the launcher needs some kind of back blast coming out of the rear of the tube.

It's amazing what a simple roll-cage and a few extra bits can do to make that old buggy look so much better. Lovin' the Trat'er too.

Fantasticaly done!

I'm a big fan of WYSIWYG so I've made sure each one has a viable supply of ammunition and loading mechanism. The One firing has a belt fed Rokkit system coming from an Ammo box on the side, the Big Foot has a pile of Rokkits on the back and a Grot Loader, whilst the other has belt fed system from an Ammo box under the spoiler.

The only qualm I have is the rear of the Rokkit Launcha on the rightmost one. It looks somewhat bent. Perhaps it's just the angle though.

I've been asked for a list of parts used so using the picture of all 3......

First Left
Standard buggy wheels, lots of plasticard for the cab and body and spoiler, Trukk Engine, Rokkit Launcher Mechanism is a Deff Dread Arm, and a Pen Top for the Barrel! Various Rokkits used. On the Rear is half an Engine from the buggy kit. Driver from the Trukk Kit, Spikes on the front from the Battlewagon.

Middle one (Da Big Foot)
Standard Buggy Frame, Wheels are the rear Trukk Wheels, Trukk Engine. Running Gear & Suspension from plastic tubing and wire for the springs. The Rokkit Launcher is the Kannon from the Battlewagon Upgrade Sprue. Lots of plasticard, Driver from the Trukk kit. The front Ram is from the Forgeworld Big Trakk kit. Various Rokkits used and a Grot Mechanic (old model).

Right one (Rokkit Firing)
Standard Buggy Frame. Rear Wheels are front wheels from the Trukk, front wheels are Warbiker front wheels. Engine and driver from Trukk kit. Front tusks on the ram from the Killa Kanz plastic box, Rokkit Launcher is a weapon from the Deff Dread, with a Big Shoota as an exhaust. Plastic Tubing from the roll cage, plasticard for the spoiler. Lots of Rokkits, and a Tamiya US Fuel Jerry Can for the Fuel Tank.

I love the smoke coming out of the rokit launcher it looks amazing
