It's so nice to see people make the Forgeworld stuff look really good! nothing worse than seeing a thread aboutFW, and theres inch thick paint caked all over it.

It looks good. I'd like to see a little more weathering on the armor, as there seems to be a whole lot of gold/bronze on it. But overall, very nice.

Hey bloodaxe,

I used alot of inks, chestnut , brown ink, black ink on the bone. Inks no longer exist in gw line up anymore which is unfortunate :( . I painted the model 5-4 years ago Im just starting to get back into the hobby since i have some free time now. colours used bleached bone , bestial brown lots of layering. Hardest part was getting the right mixure of ink/ highlight had to go back a few times redo some of the bone.

My next project is my conversion of Space wolves Arjak. I will post pictures of him come Sunday hes still W.i.p .

Thanks for the reply. I've been lazy w/ my bone shading lately (Bleach Bone, slap a wash on it, done) and it looks ok but what you did there is truly impressive. Even if I can't replicate I'm going to try to improve.
