I'm thinking about re-organizing some of these categories. I still
have yet to tag the article itself. I KNOW I've missed some good
armies out there, but certain things have to be kept in mind:

* Images should be hosted on Dakka Dakka.
* Any links should point only to the user galleries or army profiles.
* Mainly stock models
* Good lighting and clear paint schemes.
* Paint schemes are part of a regular army.
* User is known.

Anyway, let me know if you're interested in adding your scheme to the mix.

I can't vouch for the descriptions posted. They were the best I could
come up with at the time.

Added Flinty's.

This particular article is for standard schemes for standard models. Your
particular take on guardsmen would probably work for an article detailing
unusual guard armies.

Armor is Bleached Bone. Fatigues are Bleached Bone with Codex Gray dots which form the US Army ACU pattern

Here is the color scheme I use for my city-fight inspired guard.

Cloth is first basecoated with Fenris grey, washed with Azurmen blue. Then shadow grey (vallejo) and highlights of spacewolf grey. I use space wolves grey (the vallejo color, a bit brighter than gw) for the squares. Armor and weapons are painted in codex grey with darker areas in codex grey / black and a bit of black wash. Highlights with Fortress grey.

This is my current colour set for my guard. Also the colours I will use for my infantry guard army in the future and my old tank colours.

As of now, no. I can try to have some better ones emailed to me from my parents computer.
