what would I get for this warboss?

Just the model from AoBR? Well, personally, I'd only pay about £7-8. The paint job isn't great, so it'd need stripping, and otherwise it's just a model that a lot of people have and is commonly available. Hence £7-8

A couple of bucks. Anyone who plays Orks has a handful of these models laying around.

I have 4 of these, it immediately loses value because it painted, but it could be stripped.

The paint job isnt that great (no shading,no highlights ,looks to flat,parts unpainted ). So with the paint as is your looking at what the model is worth bare which is about $3 maybe less since the buyer will most likely have to strip it .If you want to sell it for more try painting all the black areas and add detail

£5-8. I have four heavily converted ones. They are cheap chavy and good lookin', for their price. But they are still very common. I tell you it looks odd when, in apoc, you end out with warbosses lined up in just the same pose. But don't get me wrong, I like the mini.

Sorry to say it, but I wouldn't expect more that a couple of £, if it sells at all:

The paintjob isn't good enough to add value (so drop a few £ for the stripping required).
The cleanup isn't up to par, and I assume it's glued. Drop money for that, too.

In terms of eBay, a good paintjob and cleanup will go for more than the model's worth, anything less will actually lose value compared to the raw mini.
When looking to sell a mini, you either need a high-end job on it, or leave it on the sprue (clipped sections of sprue is fine) to get the best sale value.

You'd get about £2-5 + P&P.

Sounds like you're interested in trying to make some money painting. No offense, but I assume most people make their money painting after a large amount of practice. It is a good start, but I would practice some more before expecting to make much painting...since people are paying for the model being painted on top of the model itself, I assume they expect a damn good job.

No i just want some money to swap army to imperial guard

In that case, you might be able to get more money for them by stripping them yourself beforehand.

By the way it looks I would pay about 2 bucks for it. I just did a commission and asked for 10 bucks a piece to paint up. Here is the final result
