For the jump pack belts, I like Monkeytorll's idea about one belt going down to the belt buckle (waist) otherwise I think you lose too much of the chest.

On the other hand, I can't really tell what the detail is that would be covered up. That might be because I don't know that much about SMs. So it might look just as cool with additional chest straps. Can somebody to up a Paintshop mock-up to get a sense of it?

Well I got the thumbs out from my as and did 2 smaller belts on the chest. And I also changed my skull champion and the aspiring champion bionic legs.

Wow, Just read this whole thread. I can not believe I have not seen it before, I can eaisily say that this is the best CSM army I have ever seen!

Your conversion work is fantastic, and I love your CSM paint scheme. The lord is awsome, can't wait to see him finished.

i must say while i do think its cool the rivertroll hands position looks akward and the hand holding the sword looks way wrong, the way its holding its now i would get no force swinging it, a claw arm like that would never be able to swing a sword. i would turn the river troll hand around and give him a new hand to hold the sword in, also i would change the head to something cooler. other than that its an awsome model so far!

Well I wanted a big lantern to be the head so I think myself are pleased. The guy will get a shoulderpad and I will make him more Nurglish so he will holding some guts in the river troll hand. I have to do something else with roboarm to get it bettter. Hows it going with your models.

Hmmm, whilst I do love it, I think if you removed the sword, it'd look a lot better.

Love the new daemon prince. I even like effect of the arm construction. The pose does look unnatural, but in a "natural," organic, twisted daemonic way. I can kind of picture him moving. Loping with his arms, lashing out wickedly. Maybe it's just me, but it kind of works.

Yeah, that was my thought.
Because the model is moving and that bionic shoulders position is higher than the fleshy one.
And also he will have a green light from the lamp so he will be called the Green lantern.

As for the clenched fist, I don't see any problem with it...

I've had a River Troll box from the day they were released to be converted into Ogryns, but I might instead borrow your idea for a Nurgle DP... If you allowed me to do so, of course!

Thanks guys, fun to se/hear you like him, but I've changed his arm positions a little but I forgot him over at a friends place.
And I also started to continue with my necromunda gang and gave everbody in the gang shoulder pads who are dirty and got some chipping effect. Really fun to continue with them.

Of course are you allowed to do that, everbody here lends inspiration from eachother.
But that is not a river troll body, it's a lord of the rings troll body.

The Daemon Prince is cool...but I think the way the claw is holding the sword is wrong. It looks like he is picking the sword up with some tweezers.

Well Peter, I have to finish my gang to Necromunda and other stuff so we will see when that happens.
Anyway, here are my new members and a pic of a new wip on the DP.

Wow, that ghoul conversion is terrific!!! Creepy, with a nice, cold colour scheme, and the rusty details complement well with the blue clothes... And the flesh has a sick look, it's almost perfect!

Guardsman is also really good... What will he be wielding?

And, for the DP, that pose looks better now, especially the sword in hand.

Man, I love what you did the ghoul figure! And I'll echo Ygg: the color scheme is very effective. Which head is he wearing? One of the Pig Iron ones?

The guardsmans head is from the catachan box and the ghouls head is a forgeworld servitor skull that I converted on the ghoul body.
