Not bad at all!

Would be much better with some of the smaller details picked out though; the gems on the catapult, and the medallions on the wrist for example

Agreed, a few more gems would make it more Eldar. Also, paint the rim of the base. Other than that, a very good model.

I think it looks quite nice.

I agree that the wrist band thing needs to be picked out and some more stuff on the base would be good, like grass or snow etc.

My favourite part is probably the bone colour for the gun, looks great.
