Now its been a while since I posted and its a whole new army as two of them have been put away and one has been traded off. Now its time for some more orky goodness. It's not a matter of how to finish this army, its when. I've got over 300 orks to paint as I traded my painting skill for a major commision that gave me an ork army. So as far as the blog is concerned its mostly picture updates and that sort of thing.

Here it is and its my official 1 year of wargaming and painting!

I am workin on so much at the moment its incredible, what I do have for the blog is my cygnar wip, lots to get done and not enough time. I have decided to make this my blog for all of the randomness and my dedication to the hobby as a whole, not just one game. My all encompassing blog of my hobby.

Also, my one year for painting and war gaming was last month! I'm very excited to have stayed in this and wish to either inspire others or be inspired from my fellow war gamers and hobbyists.

This previous Sunday I was in a local tournament at one of my few and far between flgs. I used my ork foot list which was effective as far as I was concerned. After some brutal fighting I came out in 5th with an army not so farmiliar to myself and as my second major tournament, out of 20 people, I'm happy.

Here are my recent works, one being my cygnar precursor knights.

Here's another round of orky goodness at 2:40 am or something absurdly early like that.

The orks of Mek Badzappa are a band of swamp orks, rag tag and dark green with rage. Now I've just about finished 30 shoota boyz today even though it was Easter and I was busy. I painted all of the flesh on Saturday and will finish them after some much needed sleep, so here's some pictures to hold you all over until the morning.

The starting basing material is vallejo oxide paste, which will be painted over after the boyz are finished. Also as a note, that paste was worth $8.

I spend an hour of today working on my nob who is now almost complete, as i have several projects stacking up, my orks are really just a side project, something to keep my painting up to date with new techniques. Currently i have 45 out of my 200 something orks done and i plan on having them done by June if not earlier depending on my time constraints.

This nob is still a WiP so if you have any critiques to give please feel free to do so.
