Ive done some dinky conversions but not one that required Greenstuff to patch holes, adjust a wrist, add a slope, or straight up "glue" with it.
I didnt feel like buying more loota boxes since its kind of expensive for basically a double bigshoota. So i made this, Da Uba Shoota

EDIT: And yea my camera doesnt like taking pictures of these things for some reason. I actually know some photography tricks but this camera doesnt like them.
EDIT: Oh and i used 2 bigshootas and 2 shootas to build this thing, if it wasnt obvious. One of them is a generic Boyz squad bigshoota the other was from a loota box.

For a first attempt that is pretty good. The pose is especially well done (the grip and overall pose makes it look good).

One thing that can improve is your gs skills. I like to use liquid gs for fillng small holes (when you replace like the blade of an axe with a sword's blade you will leave this small crack which can easily be filled with liquid gs, it kinda like blends the pieces together).

When you want to create sharp edges with gs it is better to overfill the area where you want sharp edges. After the gs is dry you an cut it to shape with a knife.

Also when working with gs clay shapers are must have tools. Any color will do but grey and black are best (white is good for smoothing).

And lastly if you are not happy with your gs work you can always rip it off after it's dry (gs doesn't have much sticking power after it hardens)

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If you can't defend or won't defend your opinion then that "opinion" is bs. Stop trying to tip-toe and defend what you believe in.

Nice looking! Kinda reminds me of the new weapon designs in Borderlands2, which is now where I might be looking for some inspiration for when I get to my lootas. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks guys!

Actually the pose was accidental because he looked either really weird or improbable in any other way. Because of the position i put the arm i couldnt put him straight or the butt of the rifle would hit his leg. The little dip is a natural mistake i tend to do, this guy it just happens to work with it better than the other boyz.

EDIT: Wait, GS doesnt have much sticking power? heh...tell that to my Biker boy i had to saw his arm off because it sagged when drying so his grip on the handle was about 1/8ith of an inch below the actual handlebar lol that stuff was on there harder than my super glue.
