Will you also be including a Tech Assassin in there? Sort of an AdMech counterpart of the Officio Assessinorium.

Hi
I will add an assassin for sure, Blightwheel, showed a cool mini off a few weeks ago that would fit perfectly - not on their webshop yet, though.
She will not be the leader of this pack, but I'm planning on making a suitable sinister looking tech priest to control the unit.

Love the murder servitors!
I agree that the one with the syringe and the double hooks is the creepiest - I think the two cocked hands give it a real 'praying mantis' look. Makes me shudder!

Wonderful creations you have Manus. I would say it's very much in style of Blanche, but I think you actually surpass this. Truly Grimdark

Thanks guys. Really happy with all the kind words - as I might have written, Blanche is the king of twisted creations, and one can only hope to one day have an imagnation like his, and skills to display those thoughts. These murder servitors, might have a slightly more Blanche like apperance, than the rest of my army - as I have recently been looking a lot on Inquisimunda/INQ28 minis. But it would be cool to be able to keep that theme going for the rest of the army.
@mailika2: Luckily I did download the pic, as I can find it nowhere on the webshop or facebook now. I just wrote them asking if it would actually be sold later on.

Ok, here some additional inspirations!
Cerebralerebus's gallery - most likely some of the weirdest AdMech stuff I've ever seen. It's a big thread, some of his stuff can also be found here. But it's not complete.
Close Combat servitors - dunno who did them, but they're scary...

Thanks for the links - the first army/gallery, I have been drooling over several times, so brilliant, I think the right word is.
The second one I had not seen before, and it does have a couple of stealworthy details
righty, on to the painting

Here some more stealable ideas:
Braun Vi Skitarii by Apologist.
Mechanicus by G.Hawke - The guy really managed to create the weirdness of the Adeptus Mechanicus with his big robots and vehicles.
You need more big stuff man....Titan?

Thanks for the links once again. Apologist's creations I knew about, but the works of that last guy, I had not seen before - cool stuff as well.
And don't worry, I have loads of big stuff planned out all ready. Siege Dreadnoughts, Myrmidon Assault Engines and Knight Titans. I spend some money in Dreamforge's Kickstarter - and have 5 of their 15mm titans incomming later this year. They will be slightly bigger than the GW dreadknight, and will be my Knight Titans. The other two will be converted up from various models.

Really brilliant stuff, here Manus. I'm going to have to disagree with the assertion that the Menials need red. I think it makes them look more low on the ranking the way they are. The basing and their overall vibe ties them into the army well-enough I think. I do think that the Praetorians need to be based to further tie them in to the army. I find that basing can be the biggest thing that ties an army together, and having them lack that is a miss, for me. Also, you and I aren't so different. I much prefer painting, modelling, and background than I enjoy actually playing this game. Will be following this thread closely.

Paint is pulling all these parts together nicely, plus I like the dull dark colour pallet really brings out the dark gothic theme.
Personally I would not add red to the pallet either sorry Vik, nice to see some one else has the old Citadel paints nocking around

well I was wondering about that... manus didn´t paint the first lower henchmen red because of their low hierarchic position... thus I think these could fall in the same spot...

but if they don´t get some red...then they need other colourful additions beside the current metallic look...

My Bad but I read it as Aye ? meaning I don't understand what you are saying
Yes, I see what you mean, I would paint some cables in red or yellow maybe add some coloured buttons in red or green.
Last but no way least the eye sections in red or green as well, there is the option of doing OSL if he feels up to it even.
