Servo skull came out pretty well - a little someting for my Arch-Magos to make himself heard with
The scenic base is my take on a wee episide from Gaunt's Ghosts - so will have a Tanith sniper firing out from the ruined window

Yeah, they probably deserved more attention than I gave them. If I ever stumble across another set I'll give them another try, but for now I'm happy to be nearing the end of this project.

Alright, my February stretch goals are done. Of course I saved the most annoying one for last: Von Wodr, the Otter Landsknecht.

I didn't enjoy painting him at all, but thankfully he looks good. Next month's main goal I think will be to paint my Covenant of Antarctica Drone Controllers with MERCS as stretch goals.

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing wrong with the figure. He's great looking and very well sculpted and cast. No, this was just one of those projects that I didn't enjoy working on and really had to force myself to finish. I'm sure you've had some like that. I suspect it might be burnout, so I'm going to try and take things a little slower for the rest of the month.

First Carnifex is nearly done. Just need to do the last layer of blue on the skin, and then finish off the base. Might get him done in time for the Feb pledge, just under the wire.

Carnifex is looking great - Love the effect on the carapace

And more awesome Frostgrave models too! I wasn't too sure about the models from the sprue pics, but your paintjob has really brought out the best in em.

Great stuff here guys - time to start compiling the photos of completed goals and stretch goals - group shots are best for space reasons though I'm more than happy to link to whatever you like (except goatse!) - and bringing them down to a reasonable size so I can update the OP with February's tally. - perfect size BTW, Weety.

I've literally just finished off the last pair of figures for my Gondor goal. So spray varnish after I check the weather forecast for today (no rain, hopefully!) and photos tonight or more likely tomorrow.

Those cultists are awesome! Very nice work.

I was able to get the entire Karist portion of Maelstroms Edge finished this month. Here is a group pic.

The Nova, Shadow Walkers, Angel, and Minnows were all finished this month.
and as a distraction / stretch goal
Here is a D&D drunken barbarian converted from a Kings of War Ogre wielding a custom made totem weapon (great club)

AND!!! another stretch goal, Dungeon Saga heroes!

The first pic on page 12 of my walkers side by side should be fine for them. I'll post a group shot of my animal adventurers tonight for you.

I'll have a pic of febs stuff together by tomorrow.
Wanna hit them with a coat of varnish to protect them but it's currently -2 degrees Celsius here.

Far too cold for spraying.

Managed to get a monolith and 6 bases of warriors done though.
Want to try and get a pylon done too just to add up more.

Looks like its gonna be down to the wire on getting the Stormsurge done before the end of the month. I'm getting there, but I still have to shade and highlight some of the pieces, and THEN assemble the thing!

I feel your pain on trying to get stuff done.

Still have to finish basing Bloodletters, Finish basing/ painting/ gluing my Bloodletters, and finishing up the Blood Throne's base as well.

I hate bases.

At least I got Skarbrand's done, and did bases up for the Tau suits I was supposed to be working on AFTER all the Khorne stuff.

Pics this weekend when the kids are at Japanese school!

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!

I'll get some finished pics some time in the next 2-3 days once the rest of my Guard are finished and my Cryx get their touch ups, then I might work on some stretch goals.

Well, managed to get all my Guard and Cryx done, but unfortunately I didn't get any stretch goals done. Probably because of how much I'm looking forward to uni, I've been to orientation events 3 days in a row when none were necessary, but it's killing my hobby time. On the positive side though, I've found a roleplaying society at my uni that are expanding into tabletop, so I'm going to be very active there, and I have a Mordheim campaign and 2 D&D campaigns starting up, hopefully Rogue Trader as well!

All this month's pledges (Azazelx, if you could please use this picture, that'd be great )

All the Guard

Command detachment and their Chimera

Plasma squad, command Vanquisher and attached Medic

Melta squad and their Medic

Autocannon squad and Medic for an as yet unbought 2nd Melta squad

Goreshade the Bastard and Deathwalker. Absolutely love these 2, working on them was a blast and I cannot wait to use them in a game. The fluff behind Goreshade is really awesome too from what I've read, and those 2 things combined are what made me start Warmachine, and start with Goreshade

Deathripper Bonejacks

Defiler Bonejack

Struggling to get my February goals done. Had a far too social February. Not that I am complaining too much about that.

But hoping Saturday night will give me a good chance to make some serious progress. But we will see. Unfortunately I won't get the photos up before the 29th.

She's not a commercially available piece. I couldn't tell you where to get one, I genuinely don't know.
I think the show and date are on the rim of her base, she was the entry figure for a UK Wargaming show.
It's a pretty personal piece considering some stuff behind the organisation, so I'm absolutely overwhelmed at what a job Jan did there.
