Damn it! *starts making another order*
I like the look except for the loin/tabard battleguard hanging down. I'll probably not put that on there. I like the way it is modular and fits on the current pieces so you can pick and choose what to armor up.

Is this imperial knight sized, or dreadknight sized, or think it could fit both?

piperider361 wrote:What's the different between the knight kit and just the armor kit?

The Prime Knight Armour is just the outside armor plates that attach to the actual Prime Battlewalker. You could use that armor for other things but it is designed to go onto the Battlewalker. If you already have a Prime Battlewalker and want to add the armor, you just need the armour kit. I do not know the size comparison with WH40K stuff.
The Prime Knight Battlewalker is both the Prime Battlewalker and the Knight Armour together, so basically everything.

Not my picture, but this should answer the question. This is an un-armored one next to a knight.

A bit blocky compared to the WW2 JEEP, or Landrover models of the 20th century; but very slick sci-fi edges and embossed parts.
Sort of a Jeep, a Landrover, and a Halo Warthog in a trooper scale package.
The Gun emplacement is very welcome.
I could see these doing very well in custom games, or for 40ks Elyssian drop troops.

Puppets, what did you decide to name the recon vehicle?
29836
Post by: Elbows
Digging the ratling snipers - and a good choice too, considering the poor models available. The recon vehicles are okay, but I don't know if I like the "Jeep in space!" aesthetic - would have liked something more unique or original - some bizarre side-by-side thing...maybe like a motorcycle with a side-car...but with hover jets, just something really out there.

Well I placed the order on the 11/10/2017 and got confirmation of payment accepted on the same day, last update from you guys was the 25/10/2017 saying processing order. That is not within 5-6 days of any stretch, I have ordered twice from another company which is Poland based a day before this and on the same day, both orders arrived beginning of last week.
Don't get me wrong you make great products but you need to speed up your dispatch times, and telling your customers that the time line of dispatch is 5-6 days when actually it is more than double that (still don't know if it has even been sent yet) is just frustrating.

"Currently" is the key here. There are weeks, where we receive smaller number of orders or we work on orders which are easier to cast, or we have some orders for miniatures which we already have finished and ready to be shipped. That's all. And believe me, from all 'major' Polish miniatures companies, we are by far the smallest one.
Anyway, here is something we are preparing to be launched shorthly:

Well hopefully my order will be in the post some time soon then.
As for the heads they look pretty damn nice, will have to make another order some time soon as I have a project that is in need of clown heads

Post by: lone dirty dog
Well my order turned up today and overal happy, quality is pretty damn nice (big up to you guys for improving that) everything was pretty much spot on only one set had the a double of one head instead of the 6 different it should have had.
The Orc bike model looks great nice sculpt, Orc hooligans and Orc combat thugs also lovely greens rash and bash styled.
Now this is where it goes a bit wrong not sure how it did but it did, the Orc Thugs squad they are great models and cast well as in the description.
Now the problem is as in the description it shows at least four different body designs, nothing in the description said that you will only receive one or two designs.
So when I opened my pack of Thugs I was disappointed to find in the ten squad two body variants, when in the images on the store show at least four designs. (including the main pictured body ain't even in my set)
Now for some people I am sure this maybe fine but I ain't a gamer and buy models for the fact of building and painting, so when I was expecting to receive at least some variation in the squad this has limited it considerably and isn't what I paid for.
As you can see this is what I received and the pictured body as in the description on the site.
Sorry I have tried to send a message through your site by using the account reply section but it keeps coming back as "Hack attempt" which I have no idea what that means.
Update just tried to message again and this time it is showing as expected.

Fixed that for you.
Jokes aside, I'd rather not a conversion kit for existing plastics because they would have to work with the stunted torsos and comically oversized guns, hands, feet and heads in some capacity. It's a huge shame that New GW aren't willing to make new versions of horrendous old sculpts, something which the Eldar suffer from most of all.

A Termagant/Hormagaunt equivalent with some really good poses for your space bugs would be great. GW kits are so dull with their poses. It would be really nice to have some 3rd party options that would work well. Some bigger serpentine insects would also be nice. The ones you have are too small to be Trygons/mawlocs but too big to be raveners.

Hi,
Human heads with winter headgear... excellent! There is a lack of mountain, siberian or arctic modern soldiers bitz... with skis, parkas, fur-filled jackets, goggles, german/austrian Bergmützen, or why not french "tartes"(large berets)?
As you ask the question, why not heads with the very smart polish rogatywka? Or with the german and russian sailor's visorless cap (beskozyrka - Tellermütze)?
Nice work.

Are those casts or prints? Detail looks awfully soft...
28415
Post by: lone dirty dog
I would say they are casts but they use a resin that has a sheen to it and doesn’t photo that well, I find most of the models actually have sharper detail than they look in the pictures.

Still nothing. 1) you ordered from an international store. 2) you ordered from an international store during CHRISTMAS. No gak it's taking a long time. First they probably had a lot of orders to process over the last month and a half or so. Second international shipping during this time of year is ridiculous. Instead of complaining on a forum on Not-Their-Website why didn't you contact them through their store?

Guys, as a hobbyists myself, I can understand Your frustration. But please understand - once the package is out of warehouse is TOTALLY out of our control. Polish Postal Office still didn't give us tracking numbers for orders shipped in middle of December. There are HUGE delays in deliveries all over the world and NOT only for packages sent by Puppets War.
Please contact us directly at puppetswar@gmail.com and we will do our BEST (really, we are trying very hard to satisfy all of our customers) to answer Your questions.
And today, how do you like this look?

Yeah, so that wasn't really a complaint I posted. More like, "I feel ya" to the post above mine. Never said anything negative about Puppetwars, just sympathizing with a fellow hobbyist on not getting my goodies. Thanks for the snarky reply though. Uh-Mazingly helpful and totally settled the issue.
@PuppetWars; I totally get that and thank you for the reply. I understand that international shipping during the holiday season is the vast majority of the issue, figured that when I placed the ordered. No ill will towards your business at all. I think you make some fine products and if anything, I'm just impatient to get them on my models. I'm sure I'll order some more stuff at some point.

1- Not the first time
2- Not the first time
And it's not the first time I've ordered from Poland, either. This is the first time it's taken two months.
And as to 'why here and not their store'?
Because now you know how long it's taken.

All forms of communications are fine, as long as we are able to see messages. Some of them are simply easier to manage.
And today a photo of upcoming new trooper, which will have an option to equip magnetised bacpack, which is just one of many possibilities of that system. Tell us how do you like it, and what other equipment you want us to prepare for those models?

I've been looking for a model with bare arms and gloves for a while now (Doomguy conversion), the closest has been scout marines, catachans, and wyches, but their arms are either too cartoonishly buffed up or skinny, this guy should work perfectly if it's to 28mm scale!
Will there be empty arm options?
94981
Post by: PuppetsWar
Cultists are not yet available, heads will be optional most likely. No such weapons as knives but we have tormentors for that - this set allows to build cultists with hand weapons too.
Empty hands for a new soldiers - rather not, as they tend to have little use except some conversions. And this new paratrooper will be standard sized for our non augmented humans.
One of Valhalla warriors being painted.

Any chance for alternate arms? Covered or lightly armored? Might get awfully cold for a paratrooper with bare arms during a drop

Style before convenience But on a more serious note - additional arms are possibility, yes.
How do you think, should we make jetbiker in gothic style? Or maybe you would like to see this machine with its look matching some other type of forces?

Nothing like a bit of rust!
But in a more serious tone, the rust ones are far easier to read, the rotten ones are a bit too busy with detail to quickly read the number displayed...

That would be fixed by making the numbers a distinct color. If the numbers were a Bright Bloody Red you would have no problem picking them out from the details. Problem is they are black on bone surrounded by black on bone in a sea of black on bone in green.
