Ok So I likes the spcae wolf kit bash solid work. I loved the ork with the gretchin lighting the rocket that gave me a good laugh, and adds great life to the model itself. Still like the sigvald conversion as even though it is simplistic it shows out very well and really implies the belief that less is more.

Nothing in specific- it prevents the model from falling over, and looks kind of cool doing so.

I just have to give the greatest amount of kudos to the Ork conversions.
Every single pic had me noticing small details that caused me to crack a huge grin. Everything from the major orkiness (spikes, symbols etc) to the tiny details (such as using the Ork w/ goggles head for the pilot) reflect your passion and commitment to the hobby. I could look at those photos for ages and still find things to keep my entertained.
Special mention has to go to the grot/snotling crushed by Wazdakka. That is just absolutely inspired.

I finished this about a month ago, its awsome and my first real accomplishment as far as painting goes. It really is a minor conversion because all i did was take a tomb king blister and glue into a chariot, but i think it still looks sweet and fits in this thread. so here it is. (sorry about some erasing and white spots but there was personal info in the background that i didn't want shown, also no one wants to look at my head)

This has to be my favourite conversion so far, spent some good amount of time on it. I initially wnated to extend the scythe below the hand with a green rod, but could not find a satisfactory solution without a visible pin so I gave it up.
I should go back to the painting in order to add some weathering, but I still enjoy fielding it, and my opponents find it quite cool. Also counts as Daemon Prince when I field the necrons as Thousand Sons

LOL it's my Coporea WL! Actually it was supposed to look like it was dodging/ducking a missile or LC blast or something like that. Back in the days of metal and crappy poses there were not easy to mod.

Many people will probably have seen this guy by now (note that he isn't done being painted). My favourite personal conversion, though I expect the Trukk I am planning will kick it in the face...
I'll also post this one made by a freind of mine and painted by me. We call it the Dread-Not-Anymore (as opposed to my dread-isn't which looks nothing like a warhammer model at all).

Just made these 2 guys yesterday. The ogre is a butcher I converted from a battalion kit, using various parts from a bull, iron gut, and leadbelcher kit. He is the first of three.
the eldar is a farseer that is a minor conversion, my blister kit didn't come with the top of his staff, so i got some Tomb King skulls and green stuff and made a top part, it actually came out really nicely.

So I was looking through this thread when I noticed I hadnt yet posted any of my work in it and I thought this was a crying shame to denigh you all the joy of gazing upon my greatness. 8-P (Just kidding) Im pretty sure I posted this on some other tread, but I figured what the heck "Horn Tooting" is something Im pretty good at. 8-)
Anyway I was in need of bumping my 1850 WordBearers army up to 2000 points and I figured a defiler would fit that bill to a T. I didnt want a basic out of the box model though, I needed a peice that would really stand out. So I did a few doodles, then pulled out the plasticcard and green stuff and went to work on the defiler. It turned out to look NOTHING like the doodles I did.
So low and behold I came up with this. My "WordBearers War Alter".
The guy is not the "pilot" as some people tend to think, He is the sacrifice to the deamon bound inside the defiler. I was going to paint him up in black legion colors.
Well when I finished the Defiler I got into a serious "Must convert every model I see!" mode, plus I saw pics of Boltmans WorldEaters dread and i wanted to see if I could convey that same sense of motion. So grabbing a dread I have sitting there, I got to work.
Well this Dread done I wondered if I could make some Termies look more animated(even the new plastic{at the time} ones still seemed pretty staic to me). So I got to work.
(these Termies were still WIP at the time of the pic, thats why there are no shoulder pads and still some green stuff work to to)
If anyone wants I have some more that I would be happy to post.

This is an older model. I often feel like going back and touching him up from time to time, but I have no reason. (I mostly want to fix the backpack, its too large and ungainly, it should be more spider-like.)

Yeah did have some made of boys for the old ork codex and they were great so had to make their successors. Used them in a couple of battles now, they are doing well.

My first Rhino conversion.
Just could never figure out how marines could fit in the old Rhino with that big slope in the back.
The side landraider doors looked so much better.
I may have done better than this but this guy has been through many battles, it has some character.

Heres one of my older conversions, considering it was all metal with a little greenstuff, as back in '04 I want much of a sculptor yet. I was also the last time I did white lol.
My DE Archon on a Jet Bike, circa 2000. No greenstuff at all, all the pieces were hand fitted with alot of filing
My first work with using greenstuff and miliputt in a conversion(2004):

Looked through almost all the pages and I dont think I posted my 2 faves. My personal favorite is Unta Da Hunta (either mega boss, or counts as Thraka) Was made from an Ogryn bone Ead, old throne of judgement drednaught leg, old school CSM DCCW and various bits  And the one everyone seems to like more then life itself. Wow, so much good stuff here! Genestealer terminators, tau suits that look like suits, tyranid about to explode with termagaunts, and my personal favorite so far: the ork monocycle!
What I really like is that some of you have really gotten to the essense of some of these models. Minis that I have usually dismissed like dreadnoughts and land raiders have had some work done on them that really gives me insight into what they were SUPPOSED to be.
Anyways, as for me, the work about which I'm most proud is a scratchbuilt objective marker:
