HAHAHA LMAO!
The Japanese excersize in big groups before work, the English have breakfast and tea, Americans are expected to do your eating and excersizing and bathroom breaks on our own time before the workday starts at 7:00 am!
This is a time forgotten, my breakfast used to consist of taking a dump and a cigarette no time for anything else 6am start …….
I gave up smoking so now I have to work the late shift, had nothing to do any more in the mornings ………..
Someone told me that america is the land of the 50 hour work week - Personally I get all grumpy if they give me more than 25. We have this great scheme called housing benefit over here so I couldn't really give a dump what my hours are so long as I can afford food, water and electricity.
OK, so I am in the middle of Finishing the Honest Hearts DLC. I have found that the best way to solve any problem is to kill anything that moves. Of course, many of the quests will fail but, oh well.....
lol...max... killing off everything...well it will do one thing for sure... it gives you that quiet living we all secretly aim for...get it...aim...lol...sometimes i kill myself...get it...? man.......
at not_u... those geckos...is that fallout vegas?
personally i´d be damned if i have to work for more than 30 hours a week... i have a family... i have needs and a hobby and you lot too... no need to work for too long...and money doesn´t justify everything...!
at RW...
i always thought that it lives in the fairy land.. built only on the snowflakes that touch the eyes of weeping children....

In Khadrovia, conditions work you!
LMAO...that needs to be done up into a meme...or motivational poster!
so...
today out of boredom i designed the leg armor... i kept true to the same design as the arms but i had to blow up the design a bit...
also i worked on riveting the sections of the arms as are done for now...
well
see for yourself:
the armor i did with superglue to the legs and i must say...for once i really like superglue work...^^
also that very thin PC is really good for covering up crappy GS work^^
thanks... and man... tho i kew what i would read i hoped for the best and magnified and then ...yeah... that feline scroundel yet again...*shakes fist and throws boot*
Now you have to start over and worry about one tribe: Whitelegs. You can have two allies, Dead-Horse and Sorrows tribes, The burning man and a guy named Daniel will give you the quests. ONLY red blips must be killed, kill any of the green tribals sneaking about and you fail!
vik guess what accidently happened while making the ZDF stuff? when copying and pasting the =][_,= symbol i accedently made it into a brush and now i can put it on eeeevvvvverrrry thing!
well i did some more work on the legs...and the arms...and also i am secretly trying to figure out a way to use the many cut offs of the limbs armor parts... asa means to make a nice mailarmor thingy for the torso... hopefully i will be able to use those...
but i didn´t make a pic of said stuff... maybe tomorrow after some more stuff has been done...i keep you all in the knowing!!
by the way... i have not yet finsihed the main questline...but reached the 20th lvl in FO3... but now i can´t level anymore... how to fix that???

and how and when can i acces all those DLC stuff?
If you have the game of the year edition, you get every DLC pack with it, which means you can level to 30 in that.
that shouldnt effect it tbh... but yeah try that first and see what happens... otherwise you may have glitched and saved it into this playthrough of the game...
i do have the game of the year edition...with all the added DLC´s too... but i haven´t figured out how to acces them and leveling is curently completed...
Nice work on the rivets vik, but I must object to the IT crowd being comedy at its best- that goes to minty python, of course! On FO3 I'm level 17 or so, but on new Vegas it's more like 40-50, but I've ran out of fun quests- it's all collecting items and stuff... Barely any guns and death at all!
I am running around the "Old world Blues" with my brains scooped out, yet the brain is sending the tesla coils in my head personality, so I can still act normally! Presently running around with the "Brainless" "Heartless" and "Spineless" perk as I have all cyber replacements for those and the scientists who had their brains put in robotic shells are voiced by Doc Hammer aka
Venture Bros. One of the scientists sounds exactly like Dr. Venture, and another like His Father as Doc Hammer does both of those. I am getting to fight Lobotomites and Robo-scorpions with a sound emitter gun or use Armor Piercing bullets as regular bullets don't get through as well,. Oh and if using plasma, put the Overcharger cells in.

Aye, I run gauss rifle and anti-materiel rifle with the appropriate ammo.
As a side note, a few well placed sawn off rounds can easily bring down a death law, especially with a few select perks.

thanks mate! and i will do that for you...tho i have to say beforehand, what i did looks like some wastland ork had done it^^... but i will show you...by the way when changing the blade i ruined one screw...not what i call everlasting screws there... so i had a look at my tool box...thank the lords i found two...and replaced them with old but trustworthy screws!!! now we reach the state of everlasting with riveting speed^^

Well, look at most models in 40k- they have the gun in thier right hand, sword in thier left- because you shoot better wit the right hand, which is more important that swinging better with your sword.
also, brits only drive on that side of the road because most people are right handed- when you're riding a horse, you need to be on the left side of the road to swing your sword and kill someone as you're riding past, otherwise you'll be wrong-handed and it'd be awkward. You mainland europeans only drive on the right side because napoleon was left handed, and he told everyone to conform to him.

Odd when the whole driving on the left was based on passing on the left something they did due to most people being right handed. Made it easier to hit them with your sword. Driving on the right came from a later cart design, but was more or less for the same reason. Germany has Napoleon to thank for it.
shrike wrote:You mainland europeans only drive on the right side because napoleon was left handed, and he told everyone to conform to him.
Also the right was the peasant side of the road and the aristocrats started trying to hide by blending in around his time making it a law to stay on the right.
Great job Vik love the straps great idea that me thinks really coming together now maybe time to add some kind of piping work
The rivets look spot on and they are a plenty (not letting the league down there ) I think the sabre looks great myself but I guess thats down to personal taste
Hope you had a good easter with the family mind you back to work know, as not long before you will be doing it professionally …… work that is

No, Brits drive on the wrong side of the road, just because they can, then they put the steering wheel on the wrong side of the car to fix their problem they created by driving on the wrong side of the road
My question is though, if you take a tunnel or a bridge from the UK to a country where they drive on the proper side of the road, how do you switch lanes?

the chauffeur drives up the wall, along the cieling, down the opposite wall, and carries on on the right side of the road, taking care not to spill the brit's tea.

Looking great man! I was a bit on the fence about the oddly textured "skin" of the arms and legs...but with the plates and bands and rivets over it, it looks great! I don't even know how to describe it, like old battered armor plates given a new life with rivets!
well...with my trusty rivetgun i am sure i can help ye fatty
thanks to all compliments my friends! for that! i hope i can deliver more to keep you suplied^^
as for the feet... plans are..ahaha...afoot to make the toes thicker, also i want to create a breastarmor done with PC as the sculpted work i did for now looks too crappy for me compared to the legarmor... that needs to be made acordingly... also...along with the armor for the torse i need to come up with a way to make a crotch thingy... and...

oh and here is my way how i fixed the chop-it issue me and dave recently discovered... looks a bit orky tho...
needs a bit of a redo soon i guess but it is in good working condition now^^ and that´s what matters^^
note the wooden piece from an ice chopstick...and also note the way longer screws on the lever...and i only used a slightly thicker piece of cardboard as a means to cover the crease that happend due to the blde cutting down on the MDF plate...

well it needed to be done as the crease that literally made itself due to cutting later on ruined lots of rods i cut...all uneven and rather not useable...
exactly...and i was a bit limited in materials as the thickness i can use as a means to ccover the gap allows not too thick materials...and sadly i couldn´t replace the whole lever bit and put it on a new plate of some sorts...it is bolted down...darn...rivets lasts truly forever

Square it up, then turn your blade around and try again (or preferably replace the blade!! - don't make me spoilertag!)
. You have the cutting mat on yours, so no gougue like my cheap MDF board.

No should be no real issue their, but the blade bends really easily to easy if you ask me
hehe its funny, im watching this old animated movie (Robots) and they live in a town called Rivet City, and there isnt a single thing in this movie not covered in rivets!

Is that the one with Robin Williams doing the voice
IS ALL of the blade edge meeting the cutting mat? Or just part of it? Maybe you are trying to cut too big of a stock peice? Start small, like 1mm rod. Look down the length of the blade as it cuts, it should be meetign the mat at a perfect 90 degrees, anything not 100% square and plumb, will give you more unwanted bevels.

All meets the mat but even on 1 mm Rod it starts to slope as it cuts through, its like the blade moves as it cuts.
I really think the blade is the main issue, I use a stopper some time on longer cuts and it still does it
Listen, People...NEVER EVER EVER compromise on sharp blades!!
1. your laziness will be reflected in your craftsmanship!
2. you'll cut your fingers off because you have to apply more force and then it slips!!
Spoiler:
HAHA made you look!
3. This should be a grim reminder that Dull blades are more dangerous than sharp ones! Safety First!
4. They are inexpensive and you should stock up whenever you can, avoid REVELL brand hobby knives and blades at all costs, they shatter!
5. Keep an old pill bottle around, cut a slit in the lid, and WHAM-O you have a sharps disposal container

and dave...that idea of the dull blade disposer...my hat´s off to you sir for that one... consider it done! that will be my next thing to do...for sure!
and LDD...i think seeing your aperatus there... from what i can see...looks like a dull bladew only... for a quick check of the blades sharpness... use the surface of your fingernail...scratch it over the nail and you feel the sharpness or rather the lack of it... really that´s how professional bladeusers do it!

Sorry for the late feedback misses wanted to talk about her day
Anyway back on track the blade bends not the mechanism, I think the blade change might help lazy I know
As for the aforementioned pic Vik, thats just a pic of the chopper not mine LOL however my blade is as blunt as a butter knife
Will get some new blades me thinks
Vik have you not got a rubber sculpting tool I have a large one thats perfect for the job " the sculpting tool get your heads out the gutter " gets smooth surfaces every time
well i have a nail skin remover tool...i know that is not the right thing for the job...but it got some well...mediocre results...i have only ever found paintshapers in a shop hre and they pack a hefty price...maybe i get me some real reasers and try to come up with a self made variant on my own...
well blunt knife...speaks for itself...
my chopers bldes look like just regular razirblades for the ones you do your wet shaving with...maybe that would be a good idea to look in a cheap shop...
*sniggers*... but...so long as she is wanting to talk with you the relationship is still working^^ and that is a comforting thought...or is it? (only joking of course^^)

Now an AR-15 is the civilian use version and would have maybe made the coppers less nervous? Now the dog will likely be in trouble too for biting the two. TPTB are making more ridiculous laws and means to go after folks, even when they are simply getting self defense materiel. Soon a placard on a stick will be a weapon of "terror" with their broad stroke new rules.
Anyway, Viks Rivet Knight is looking awesome with the armored sections added.
