I'm rather fond of my coat. Think I'll try to keep it from EoN, which is why I'm on Moon 1, not Moon 2. I'd rather deal with the Orks than Chaos

Not going to lie, the meeting has really helped my orks. They got a lot more attention now that Ta'lok and Co are busy. Also, WK, is that farewell of Falkon still a go? You mentioned your Knights staying behind, so I'm not sure if I should carry on with that or not.

My Knights are staying behind in the sense that they're still on the planet, but I'm not going to be writing for them all that much (since it's gotten stale for me). If anyone wants to ask for a Knight to fight alongside their guys they're free to. I'm just not doing much with them for a long while. So you're free to write up them releasing Falkon from service if you so choose (and taking Sera with him, since Couple's Crusade

To save me a bit of hassle could everyone who is attending send me a pm of their characters face and a sigil to represent them, here is an example of what I mean from Vanden: Oh, well, he will be wearing his mask, but if worse comes to worse, he will take it off.
He got black hair(like da night sky...), but its now lined with grey. He has one bionic eye, and his eye colour is like a stormcloud grey. He got a couple scars, don't worry about mentioning those, and thats about it.
The sigil is a teal oval, lined with gold along the outside, with a skull and wing insignia smack-damn in the middle of the oval.

So I was thinking of trying to do my blurbs in a first person POV, with more of a focus on that character's view point, rather than third person, which I feel can be kind of impersonal. I'm hoping that if I try writing in first person, it will help me develop the characters more, as I'll be forced to try and actually decide what their personality is like.

the idea is that Faolan set up a building full of guest rooms which each have a sigil carved into the wooden door indicating which room belongs to who so for example the space wolves room would have a wolf carved into the door. It is also as Jhe said for just a little bit more detail

If it wasn't for some Imperials backing me up, I can think of at least one marine who would immediately draw a gun on Ta'lok. He might still do it, but just won't pull the trigger. Depends on how Irish writes it, I suppose.
So a necron will be less likely to get some friends. Especially if it's the same dynasty as the ones who sided with Archarus. Six years won't heal those wounds, but I suppose you can still try, right? Good luck Kharne, it'd be hilarious to see you get the number dead on, and people actually accept your help.

Also I assume the Ork Gagant will be discuused, specifically how to destroy it. As I am terrible at tactics perhaps we should discuss who does what here and I will just write it up.

No evidence of it. There could easily be rumours, but with a Sector Governor's backing, there's no way that any tangible evidence would survive Inquisitorial scrutiny.

My Dwarves have literally lost all of our artillery, which is now mixed in with all the Empire's artillery. My Elves got half their units thrown into other factions, and got several units from other factions. Bretonnia disappeared entirely, and Empire got renamed to "Freeguild" or some crap like that.

Kroot are good mercenary troops, but they are still xenos. If the Governor can avoid drawing attention and uses them for the good of the Imperium and swears to kill them when they are not useful any more, the Inquisition shouldn't mind that much.
Zonand and Pavus both used very illegitimate means of xenos forces - Zonand with a small group of Orks, and Pavus with a kill team of various xeno forces (which is actually still operational, if anyone can see a nice story hook there. Kassani, Kael Norra and Ex-Captain Braddock are all part of the team, and may have recruited some more guys of various races).

Yeah, but I'm saving money so I can spend it all on 30k stuff eventually

His plan probably includes hiding crucial intel in that wall of text, like the way to defeat E'rwythoweveryouspellthat or something.

It's why I periodically check it every now and again to see.
I'll be adding a new section eventually, I'm just working through my 30k stuff and then I'll figure out Sunstrike's next step.

I have to wait till after the meeting to get my rolls back from TS, so I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs till then.
After that I'll have updates for my Guard and Eldar.

Space wolves, ale, brawls and wolves. Now things getting fun lol

Post by: War Kitten
My poor Guard colonel is going to be so confused when he gets to this meeting and there's a brawl going on between two marine factions. Maybe I'll take a page from Bob's book and just shoot you both.
99215
Post by: Sgt. Vanden
You wouldn't dare. Oh and methink our Guard will like each other.
91468
Post by: War Kitten
Wouldn't I Vanden? I take war very seriously, and if you guys are brawling like children when there's Orks and Traitors to be fethed up...
And why is that?
99215
Post by: Sgt. Vanden
Well, hush you. Your Guard know nothing of what Space Marines do and how they act.
Because, think about it, how many mortals are going to be at the meeting? Bob dudes/dudettes, your dudes and my dudes. Everybody else is either Space Mariny or from the Inquisition. Who else are you going to talk to?

Well. I think we could have a pleasant chat with Bob's lot. Us mortals gotta stick together.
I'm staying away from the Inquisition, people tend to die painfully around them.

Exactly. Which is why I didn't send any men to help Chazz fight EoN.
I don't really see Bob welcoming us to be honest. He doesn't like outside company, as he has stated several times.

This is true, I guess we just stay away from the Space Marines so we don't catch a case of hellgun to the brain?
99215
Post by: Sgt. Vanden
That would be wise. And try not to man any artillery incase Bob wants to drop some 'close' artillery support.

Thank God I'm an air-cav regiment. You won't catch me anywhere near any artillery. In fact, I'm going to give YOU the same warning, since you're going to be on the ground most of the time
99215
Post by: Sgt. Vanden
And I seem to be the only one with artillery...Oh sweet lord...Timeout?
91468
Post by: War Kitten
This is why I suggested trying to get on Bob's good side, it's less likely to result in getting your own ordinance dropped on your head.

Post by: Sgt. Vanden
I think I might just leave the keys in the Basilisk and run off. I think I have more chance of surviving if thats the case.

I mean, you can always tag along with me and fly around?
99215
Post by: Sgt. Vanden
I guess, but most of my dudes will have to be left behind as a distraction. Theres only enough Valks for like, 30% of my dudes. I'm Titanicking this so much right now...

The rest can stay at your base with the rest of my guys? Dual regiment strike force?
99215
Post by: Sgt. Vanden
Why not? That would be pretty cool. I make a hole for you to land in, you land in the hole, and we win fights. Easy as that.

With our powers combined...... we're a DKOK regiment.

Post by: Sgt. Vanden
I was actually thinking of bring in some DKOK instead of my dudes now, but I decided against it and thought it would be more fun to do a completely made up regiment.

The dislike usually comes from the Guard when it comes to Guard/Scions relations, bit of jealousy and all that. And remember, I got planes, too, as the heretical warehouse can attest. As for not liking outsiders, it's mostly Riley and his ego, with a bit of Gallus' s while Castella is more than willing to work with others, I think my last blurb was pretty obvious about that

So I guess the question is, would it be possible to get on their good side so that we DON'T get shot if things go south like they did in CoF 1?

Yes, but you shot the Histans, and I would like to avoid having my Elysians get shot by Scions if things go to crap.

I can always shoot back. As far as I know, I have bigger and better tanks.

I'll pass on the bar fight, I'd like to not have all my Guardsmen broken before the war even starts.

I mean, I can throw missiles at it for a while. Out of all of our forces I think either my guys, Bob's Scions, or Jhe's guys would stand the best chance of taking it down
