Hi folks, recently have gained interest back in wargaming, 40k to be more specific.

I have a bunch of tau from when they first came out, probably 1500 pts but having never played them I know theres a few bits and pieces i need to make it workable. Recently i purchased a bunch of orks to the total of a similar 1500pts. Also have a large cryx, cygnar and a smaller circle army from privateer press. I did play this game a bit when 40k was getting too costly, now the tables have turned it seems. Also a small FOW british army.

I play to paint really... it gives me great pleasure, even if my stuff is not quite golden deamon material. Also do a bit of scratch building and make pretty pictures for a living.

I'd say I will be asking about army lists soon enough, and maybe post some of my work if i can get nice pics.

So... may Gorka and Morka beat your enemies with a big stick and give you their teef

Seems to be mostly Auks and ChCh reprezentin' on dakka... If you were in the capital or I was in AK I'd give you a game this week, but alas. :(

BTW, hopefully over the next few weeks I'll be putting some 40k auctions up on trademe. Conversion packs and the like mostly, but a few spare odds and sods like AoBR nobz and a deffdread that I scratchbuilt from spare parts.
