Just had a new Forgeworld goodie described to me....

Apparently, it looks kind of like a cross between a mechanical Trygon, and a Centipede, replete with large 'feelers'. And the overlook is seemingly more organic in shape than the Tomb Spyder.

We are to expect this after Games Day.

The armor plates make me think nid, but that face resembles the Tomb Spider imo.

I really can't see how anyone would say it's a Necron model, it looks 100% Tyranid to me. Maybe it's part of a Tyrannofex/Tervigon kit?

Any clue as to its size? Is it an Apocalypse unit or just a new heavy support choice? I'll buy three if they are normal 40k legal and decent rules wise.

I did a little research and found out that something called a "Tomb Stalker" was actually a necron TITAN on Medusa (not sure which Medusa, i think it was 5 or 7).

Well it looks neat, I just hope it fits in well with the rest of the army.

I could see why they would go the 'buggy' route, the destroyers and scarabs already kind of have a beetle feel to them.

Well now, this is quite the surprise. All we need is that CSI team to do the 'Enhance' trick and we will be able to see it from 3 different angles and clear up the pics.

Oh that's easy kurgash. It only works on windows xp computers. All you have to do is hit four keys in this order, windows key, u, and you again, then enter. Oh, and hit them fast

Amazing clarity. I want more information for Necron stuffs! Does anyone have any idea on if this is supposed to be apoc or 40k? I'm excited, new necron stuff means there's hope for my army, somewhere.

The first in a series of FW Necron titans which will include the Sepulchre Molester and the Crypt Rapist.

Looks nice. The Tomb Spider is such a goofy model, it's nice to see something in that vein but much more elegant and deadly looking.

I sort of dread the thought of FW actually churning out Necron stuff because I doubt I'd be able to resist buying it.

Hopefully it will be a single large model of dubious use with rules of debatable legality, costing in excess of $100 USD. Then I can probably resist.

I'd love to see the Tomb Spyder redone to look as it does in the codex, with the spiky legs and thin arms/claws.

I would hold out on getting the kleenex out until a proper authorised sneak peek has been released at Games Day!

This is probably a real photo but of a Dung Beatle or of the bug in Men In Black or something other than the real Necron upgrade thing.
