Iris: It is, but it's not just the power. It's the people, I'm not rich because I can wield my Aura, I am rich because I have friends like you! A wonderful man like Horus, and a safe place to call home. That's all I ask for now, though perhaps at another time I would have been more... materialistic

Iris: Now, I realize how... foolish I was back then. If I were the same person, I would demand to live in a palace, not a single room with Horus. I understand now that it's not about things at all
*She grins cheekily*
Iris: Though having clothes and food are nice
*She chats with Miritas a while longer before giving her a hug before Miritas walks off to either go to bed or do whatever V wants her to*

*Rita sighs, and looks at Gharn.*
Rita: It's about Izy and I...
*She sighs again, and wrings her hand.*
Rita: WE.. have.. you know... gotten really... close.

*Roland nods.*
Roland: Go ahead, you are welcome to the room.

*Gharn was pretty sure that was the case, but is still hurt, knowing he's once again missed his shot with Izy, and it shows on his face*
Gharn: You have, have you?

*Rita sighs.*
Rita: We... love each other Gharn... have for some time.
*She wrings her hands, and sees Gharns look.*
Rita: Gharn... she is a lesbian like me... I'm sorry... I hope... this doesn't effect our friendship.

*Daveth smiles and nods*
D: Thank you, Roland.
*looks back at his troupe*
D: You heard the man, off we go.
*leads the group to the main room and smiles at anyone present*
D: What a place we have here.

*Gharn still looks deeply upset over everything he's been told but shakes his head and forces a weak smile*
Gharn: You are both still my friends... and I am happy you are both happy...


*Iris smiles at Daveth and company*
Iris: Hello there!
*Stands up and looks over the group*


*Morgan and Dria come back from swimming and go to the kitchen*

*Daveth bows to Iris, sweeping his arm outwards as he does so*
D: Greetings, m'lady. I am Daveth. An entertainer, if you will, but I would consider myself much more than that.

*Iris nods and bows her own head*
Iris: Greetings Daveth, I am Iris, the Rainbow Goddess.
*She smiles and straightens up*
Iris: A entertainer hm? But what more would you consider yourself?

*Daveth nods*
D: Why, I spread the word of the Watchman, for one. Miraculous gifts, he does give. I am also the ringleader of this group, along with a fighter of the people.
*smiles again and shrugs*
D: But I have said enough of myself. I want to entertain you, not bore you with my stories.
*chuckles and looks around*
D: Would there happen to be any alcohol? No celebration is complete without drinking.

*Iris blinks in slight surprise*
Iris: Um, well there is a variety in the kitchen over there.
*She points to the kitchen door*


*Dria is making pasta while Morgan works on the sauce*

Rita: I'm glad... you understand... we both share a bond now.
*She sighs.*
Rita: She... means the world to me Gharn... I love her..
*Rita keeps wringing her hands.*
Rita: How long till you are on your feet?

*Gharn nods again and smiles again, less forced*
Gharn: I'm glad you've found someone Rita.
*He sighs and shrugs, then winces as his shoulder pains him*
Gharn: Lord Caladrius said he would discharge me tomorrow, I can walk, that much has been proven already, it's just my blasted shoulder... Onyx really damaged it
*Sighs slightly and leans back in the bed*
Gharn: You said Izriel was left yes? Why... why did she not come to say goodbye?

*Daveth smiles*
D: Perfect. I promise you, it will be well worth it.
*looks back at his group*
D: Start preparing, I'll see what this 'room' has to offer.
*Daveth heads into the kitchen to liberate some booze while his party starts preparing for their acts*

*Iris smiles and watches, she's quickly joined by Morrigan*


*Morgan and Iris look over at Darveth*
Dria: Hello! Are you new here? I've never seen you before,

*Daveth nods and bows again*
D: Why yes, I have just arrived. I am Daveth, and my band of entertainers are right through that door. Hopefully you'll enjoy yourself, and maybe even learn something of the Watchman. But first, my men need some drinks, or they won't be having fun. And mutual benefits, now that's an important part of the trade.

*Some of the Watchman's followers start juggling apples and knives while a couple fire eaters do their work as well*

*Rita sighs.*
Rita: She... had enough trouble saying goodbye to me... don't think she could bare saying it to you too.
*She looks at Gharn, and manages a weak smile.*
Rita: You hungry or anything? I can whip you up some food?
*Rita herself is hungry, but does her best to hide her hunger.*

*Dria smiles and bows her head slight, Morgan nods*
Dria: I am Dria the Artisan, this is my twin brother Morgan the Mechanist
*Morgan nods*
Morgan: Well there's water aplenty, juice too, but the milk has spoiled. If it's something stronger you're looking for, check that storeroom
*He nods to a cupboard door*


*Gharn sits up again and nods, sad about Izriel not saying goodbye*
Gharn: I would not say no to food. I've not eaten since this morning. Thank you Rita.


*Iris and Morrigan smile and watch, but neither are really impressed*

Rita: Not a problem Gharn, I'll whip you up something in the kitchen.
*Rita gives Gharn a pat on the shoulder, then goes back to the room.*
*As she enters the room, she makes a quick stop at Izriel's room, and opens up one of the jars.*
Rita: Jus... a little... have to save...
*She starts drinking from the half Jar, her eyes still glow a mixture of pink and blue.*

*Daveth chuckles and nods*
D: Thank you, Mechanist.
*goes into the storeroom and comes back out shortly after with a grin on his face and booze galore in his arms*
D: This place is no stranger to travelling bands, it seems. A fine day for the Watchman's loyal, I would say. But more importantly, an even finer night. Now come, watch the merrymaking!
*heads back to his retinue to spread his newfound wealth*

*Harador stands in the doorway to Izriel's room*
Blood drinking, are we?

*Dria and Morgan exchange glances then nod*
*The turn off the stove then go to watch, both being more entertained and impressed by the troupe than Iris and Morrigan*


*Gharn sighs and allows his expression to fall as Rita leaves*

*Rita jumps, almost spilling the blood. She then rounds on Harador, rage blooming in her eyes.*
Rita: Why won't you leave me alone...
*Quickly puts away the jars, and wipes the blood from the corner of her mouth.*
Rita: What the feth do you want?

*As the celebrations and drinking continue, a burly (and rather drunk) sword swallower walks over to Dria*
Drunk: Y'know, you would be better off with us. A lot safer. And a lot more fun.

*Harador smiles*
Just checking in. Are you coming to terms with your changes? Besides from ripping off your own horn.

*Dria looks up at the man, who dwarfs her utterly, then shoots a glance at Morgan who's across the room watching a fire-eater*
Dria: What's that supposed to mean? I'm perfectly safe where I am now, and I have fun aplenty

*Morrigan has gone off to make sure the fridge is repaired and Iris is feigning interest to save the troupe's ego*

*Daveth frowns as one of his troupe members whispers into his ear*
D: Well, we can't have that. Do what you do best. Or, one of the things you do best.
*the member nods and waves his hands, conjuring up a flaming rose that appears in front of Iris*

*The sword swallower smiles*
SS: All sorts of things, m'lady. Travel the world, see new creatures. Learn to live, not just sit here and do... whatever it is you do.

*Rita clenches her teeth for a moment, then slightly relaxes.*
Rita: How does one accept being a monster... I hunger for blood, and feed off the love of my life.. so no, I cannot accept theses changes.
*She puts Izriel's blood away, and stares at Harador.*
Rita: Who gives a gak the horns...
