As many have said, the defiler kitbash is amazing. You sir have a natural talent for kitbashing and making it look like an official GW kit. Kudos!

I fear It may get lost in the rest of the praise here, but every time I come back to this blog it has surpassed itself. The blight drone is my favourite thing you've done so far, everything about it is superb. As for all the talk of working for GW, they should definately pick your brain to come up with some new concepts. The thing I like most about your stuff is how it fits in with the 40K universe. There are loads of beautiful conversions out there, but yours are more like the chaos concept art than the official models I feel sometimes, keep it up!

I was a bit bored tonight (needed a break from the minis), but felt like doing something creative, so I messed about a bit in PS and made this.

Thanks! No, I just used a couple of different filters and overlays, just experiencing a bit. I have some training as a graphic designer, so I have a headstart.

I've been working on the GD, since I wasn't completely satisfied with the direction of the old one - I've been cooking this up the last couple of nights, and like it a lot better. Lots of greenstuffing to do, and I'm still not sure about the head, but getting there.



Oh, and look at his little friend. Thankfully, they're a lot less cartoonish live, than with GW's paintjob. I'll build a unit of 7, to go along with the big guy for my daemon allies.

Oh my that Greater Daemon is truly amazing, I am in awe, I cant even start to work out where most of the parts are from.

Every conversion you do is better than the last, keep up the excellent work Guita.

Have you considered doing commissions? If I had any spare cash, I'd get at least a dozen kickass miniatures from you. And I'm sure there are at least a few Dakkites with spare cash who're awed by your work just as much as I am.

Well... Yup. And between working full time, playing music part time, and trying to squeeze in time to do my own hobby projects, I want to prioritize my own projects. However, if someone has a great idea for a project, I'd love to hear about it - maybe I'll be hooked on it enough to do it.

I've gotten a bit further on the Greater Daemon - I wasn't convinced about the head, so I made another which I like better - it has a split lower jaw, like the vampires in Blade 2 (or is it 3?). Also some more greenstuffing, and guts!





I also assembled 7 plaguebearers - they got some reposing, so a bit of greenstuff is in order, but the added dynamics is worth it:

Damn, excellent stuff as always. I definitely like the new head better; that split jaw is badass.

Also, I have a question. Are the new Plague Bearers worth getting?

The new head is a definite improvement. He's looking mean!

Depends. I think they are alot cooler without the goofy paint job, but there are some of the parts that are ridicoulous - and the need some reposing to not just look like they'll rank up nicely in fantasy.
