I finally received my order from previous round. I was surprised to find out that Space Wolf Iron Priest was FINECAST

So.... it's been a month or more, Made to Order isn't even on their site ATM.

Is this project still going?

Looking at my Inquisitor and her priest pal in shiny, flawless metal casts I sure hope M2O continues (and I'm kicking myself for not getting anything else). But they probably ran out of timeless OOP classics to melt down

I honestly hope they continue this sort of model if their production capacity is limited. They could do splash releases for old plastics one day, mhm, even if they'd need minimum order limits and a way to identify kits thst sell. Polls (on their site) would be easy to skew, but would be a start. Selling bigger bundles of old kits e.g. Fantasy village bundle -or old batallions-- might work to guarantue moving each kit produced, but a too high price could kill the whole bundle. No idea.

The re-release of IoB was a great surprise and I hope more are to come.

M2O LOTR stuff would do very well, probably, there are lots of hard-to-get models that go for silly money on eBay.

They already reintroduced some of those models, like the Shade for example, without using the MTO system.

True, I guess it would be even better to simply re-add the others to the catalogue rather than a one-off M2O.

Great to see more Made to Order if they do this right, and I certainly hope they are doing it right, there could be a lot of purchases of obscure teams such as Amazons, Norse, Halflings, Lizardmen, Khemri etc. It's probably doubtful they'll include things that can compete with existing releases and upcoming releases so unlikely to see the old metal Goblin team models and a few more teams like Dwarfs?

The Bull Centaur and trophy are auto-purchases for me at least from this release so could be an expensive Saturday!!

On a side note, what every happened to the next Made to Order release wave for 'Order'? I've had my doubts they would release anything that doesn't closely tie in with their current product ranges and this release appears to confirm it. Still holding out for them to release some Teutogen Guard as that was mentioned a lot when GW sought expressions of interest on the FB site...can always dream I guess!

Cool, hope they offer all the trophies. Never managed to snag the Chaos Cup, Dungeonbowl Trophy or second Spike Trophy.

@Donomar, true! We might see some order dwarf with the Kharadron Overlords (dwarfs) release for example.

Always looking forward to made to order! I dont even play blood bowl but gonna pick a few that i can convert! Love the old school!

Yeah that's a distinct possibility and would also be great to see I'd say the early 90s range is going just that bit too far back but nice to dream. I do love the Made to Order scheme too...mixture of the old school classics and the suspense creates a good buzz and is a win win

I think that the Made to "Order" wave might have them poring over molds and the like.

Don't quote me on this, but I heard way back when that the Teutogen Guard were one of those things that consistently damaged the molds when they got pulled.

That might be a good idea with SWA recently launched.

A Necromunda made-to-order would be great. I could get the missing Cawdor miniatures I don't have.

Bummer, another GW let down, that is two in one week, although I guess three teams are better than none, plenty of people are after those trophies as well.
I was hoping for undead, Khemri or Necro teams, but as they are not in Deathzone, I was on a wing and prayer anyway.

I had never picked up the dark elves or chaos dwarves, I think I'll still pass on the dark elves as I'd rather convert them using dark eldar kits, but I'll most likely grab chaos dwarves, especially if I can grab a full roster without buying two sets.
