Going back and forth on getting one of the new Lizardmen army boxes :(

On the one hand, it'd let me get all the new Lizardmen stuff that came out a few years ago but was way too expensive to pick up.

On the other - I haven't painted anything in years now, and know that if I buy I'll likely never get around to assembling it even, let alone painting it.

Feels bad either way :/

played a couple of games of SAGA, as is usual mistakes were made, and as usual we are drawing a line under and moving on.

also picked up some 1mm styrene sheet and thus have now assembled my Cruel Seas Japanese, except the sampan masts as they are a royal pig, will need the holes filling then new holes drilling.

the assembled ships are now primed, will be painted, or at least the base colours, this week to hopefully hit the table next weekend

Currently I am re-assembling and painting my local gaming clubs older sector imperials terrain.

Whoever assembled it first used UHU adhesive, which meant it had virtually no structural integrity and was assembled in such a way that it was hilariously imbalanced on a few and probe to tipping.

Feth that. Disassembled, cleaned up, re-glued with proper poly cement and balanced them. I recon of the 5 buildings I'll get to make 4 out of them but I'd rather terrain well made and safe than painting the shambles it was.
