Yeah. There's also this weird, AFAIK unsolved (?) thing from over a year ago
... which is also kinda feral/brootal, but doesn't fit the Kruleboyz aesthetic? Something Warcry would be nice. Wouldn't be shocked if it's the new Necromunda faction, tho.

Yeah the focus is on the support strut- the wheel could be thick therefore closer to the camera and they probably has chopped out other bits of the model..

The round part in the top left looks like the “power plant” on marine backpacks and on the regular bikes. These will probably be marine bikes separate from the Indomitus box which are more off-road style for scouts.

Possibly. But, the Squat Leagues also depended on STC stuff.
Yes, they made it with greater skill - but being human offshoots, their tech is still STC based.
