Oh owch, I didn't know about that issue with the molds, thats what I get for taking time off from checking the boards. Was expecting an april 5th ship. I guess news as it comes for a ship date?

i'm well aware of when they're released because i've been keeping up on it. Updates though would include any shortages or anything that we as consumers would have to worry about

I have shipped out the jumppacks we recieved this week. If your PO invoice number is 682 or less you are in good shape.

I cant get anymore specific then that (I am at the mercy of the casters).

Any chance of pictures that aren't greens? A friend is thinking of starting Pre-Heresy Night Lords and wants some convincing.

So, have you guys considered doing winged jump packs, similar to the new Sanguinary Guard packs?

Personally, I'd LOVE a reasonably priced winged pack that I could put on Assault Marines, Vanguard Vets and Death Company that would keep the "winged" theme going.

Since I´m not a customer in a strict sense I will NEVER get them myself (as customers come before myself) so while you will get your jumppacks I, the sculptor of them, will not get any for personal use for months to come:/

ya but we paid, truthfully the term pre-order means we get it before the release date. Not with the email I got saying 2-3 weeks after. Kinda ticks me off as I made a point to order the first week they were up but since my number is greater then 682 I have to wait several weeks. I understatnd you guys have a good product that a lot of us want but rule of thumb is don't release something till you have enough inventory to cover it.

Really great model, ungainly... but that's appropriate for the period. Luckily, I'm not in a hurry for them so I can wait until the stock gets refilled. Not sure what I'm going to do with them...

Seriously, if you are that upset, I can understand it.

You have two options:

Wait till the stock comes in and your order is filled in the order they were recieved.

Ask for a refund (which I will be happy to provide).

Beyond that, I dont know what else I can do, besides make more molds (which we are doing).

Ill keep you updated as much as I can.

People just like to whine when things aren't instant.

I'll be ordering mine soon. Take your time with them, plastic soldiers are not life and death, they can wait.

People have the right to be dissapointed when their expectations are not met, especially if they have already payed. Maybe it's the last piece to something they have been working on for month's and they just want to wrap up their project and play or start the next one. It's not whining when a ship date is missed or your pre-order is late, it's legitimate dissapointment.

That being said, sometimes things happen that cannot be controlled or predicted, and I am 200% sure Nick and Pyri would have wanted to get your stuff into your hands when they originally said they would if they had any choice in the matter. They are not screwing anyone, they got screwed too because they have to wait and calm upset customers.

It's a lose lose for both, Nick has done all he can to offer a refund and to notify everyone of the situation, so be disappointed, but don't lay blame either! It is what it is.

At least the packs seem to be very popular

I'm with the Major here. I don't even have an invoice number and I'm not complaining yet. Then again that may be because I'm in Afghanistan and shipping here is slow anyways.

I did even drop my own personal use jumppacks just so more customers can get them faster. I know it sucks and I´m upset not getting any myself too but customers are more important them my own wants in these matters and as Nick said, if people want refunds and/or get back in the waiting line for the casts to meet the demands then its perfectly understandable.

We do as well as we can, we are aware of people having waited for the bitz and we try to push them out as fast as we can without screwing quality over like scrapping that first flawed jumppack mold for example. Give it some time and they will get out but right now there is nothing we can do about it besides getting a time machine.

All I can say is sorry for the hiccup, we are doing all we can to make it as fast as possible.

yup, anyone who has been involved in anything production based knows that sometimes kak happens and it's no one's fault, there is definitely know advantage on chapterhouse's side to the delay, it's just more work and customers disappointed.

GW didn't make enough BA boxes, and people are waiting for those too... it just happens sometimes. Ah well, I am very much looking forward to seeing some painted in the wild examples anyhow!

Yeah, it is always annoying when a small rather new company produces so damn good products that they can't instantly meet the demand for their products

I think a possible solution would to start charging Forge World prices.. that may lower the demand

I guess in a glass half full kind of way, people love your stuff, demand is high...

These are probably 'good problems' to have.

Err, just to clarify in case this was taken the wrong way...that "Thanks!" was a sign of gratitude for any reply regarding how the shipping process is being handled...not a sarcastic jibe at the delay! The internet tends to transpose sarcasm for sincerity (and vice versa)...so making sure nobody was taking my post out of context.

I dont appreciate your One Star review Alex on your blog, yeah I had quite a few customers send that to me this morning. It is really interesting how you called ME rude and horrible at customer service.

Now, I know Pyriel is rude (and he is not to post ever again associated with Chapterhousestudios), but have I really been rude at all? I give the facts as I have them and try to be as cordial as possible. Shoot I even tell people what invoices have been shipped out. What other companies do that?

Your second order was on the 20th - lets see that a little over 2 weeks ago, not even 3 weeks ago (I love exagerations to make someone look bad). Your second order is shipping this week (and maybe first, we had 200 packs come in this week).

I am half-thinking this is an axe to grind from you personally for not being able to sponsor your GT you emailed me about.

So I am asking in public, what emails have I sent you that are rude, what post have "I" posted that are rude. Forgeworld can take 3 months to ship something and we are taking a while (yes I admit it, and I hate it) to ship out these jump packs, but forgive me if I dont understand where your scathing review is coming from.

WHY OH WHY did you place an order with us AGAIN this month if we are so horrible?! Please tell me if I can refund your purchase, basically no matter what I do for you I am screwed, do maybe its best for you not to order from me again and have to deal with my "Rude and horrible emails and customer service.".

BTW I had 200 Jumppacks come in yesterday, so I have a few orders with those shipping this week. One customer ordered 100 of those, so unfortunately not as many orders are going out as I would like, but they are getting there, I expect another 300 this monday coming up!
