Thanks
And, here's a sample of what the printable cards will be like
That will be a sample character, and the blank outlaw/lawman cards will just not have any info on them, and I'll use the color artwork where the photo is.
This is also how the printed cards will look, that come in the box sets, they'll have a photo of the pro-painted model and all the info for the weapons, etc.
I found this company, GotPrint.com where you can print out custom trading cards, so I'm gonna be going with them instead of doing a big full sheet of cards like they do traditionally. This way I won't need to have boxes of 10,000 cards taking up half my condo

You may want to also make a print friendly version without the color background,

Hmm, didn't think of the print friendly card. my idea was to make it so you could print these out yourself, and they would look like the printed cards that come with the box sets. But, yeah, I can easily make a plain B&W version too.
I'll have the cards up on the site later today Automatically Appended Next Post: Also.. starting to wonder about the figures for the starter sets.. would it be better to have one of the gang leader models in there, or 5 single sculpts? And then I'd just sell the gang leaders separately like now.. Might make the starter sets a couple bucks cheaper that way, and then folks can buy the starter and I'll have those extra figs for sale if they want to add them in too.
Thinking I'd use the color artwork that I got done for the concept art for those 2 extra figs, and just have the sculptor make the pose be more action packed than just standing there. Automatically Appended Next Post: Cards are all done Added to the rules download page. Also, I removed the "you have to signup for my blog first" thing for downloading the rules. Anyone can download now

You know... I actually think that's a GREAT idea. You could offer a 5 pack of models as a box, then offer the leaders separately. From a gamer perspective, if you buy a box or 2 of models and one of each leader - or just the ones you are interested in, you could build a gang or 2 and still have the ability to switch it up alot by swapping out the leaders.
I thik that's an excellent idea.

I just emailed Brother Vinni to see if he could do 1 more figure for me, I think it'll be better with 5 single sculpts The box will still get 1 leader, 2 professionals and 2 henchmen as far as the character cards go, but if you make your own gang you can use the figs for whatever you want them to be.
For Cold Wars, I was planning to go but somethings came up so I'm not able to make it this weekend after all. I'm looking for other cons in the general area that will be good for running demos. Right now I'm not sure what's out there. I won't be able to do the major ones like GenCon or Adepticon this year, but I'm planning to next year.

Got another new sculpt to share, here's the Masked Outlaw, sculpted by Bob Naismith. He's technically a WIP still, as I neglected to tell Bob that the game uses slotted bases, so he's gotta go take off the sculpted bottom base and turn it into a tab. I had Bob change the pose a teeny bit, changing the arm positions. In the concept art, he's got both of his hands down. Also, his left hand will be easy to snip off and swap with a weapon hand for folks that want to do conversions.
Still waiting on the Wrassler and a new Outlaw sculpt that will be based on the color artwork I had done recently.
Here's the pics, they're small, but you can see every angle
In other news, I should finally have the Gambler figures in hand on Monday, then I'll start packaging them and they'll get listed on my site as pre-orders. I won't advertise them all over for sale until I get the pro-painted pics from Golem, so that'll be a few weeks from now. Pre-orders will be shipped out right away though, I guess more like a pre-release or something like that He'll be on sale 15% off as usual, until 2 weeks after he's officially released. So, price will be $8.49 till then
