Hey I am not claiming to have invented some amazing style of painting.

People just keep saying again and again my sanguinary guard are NMM. But I just hard highlight metallics with metallics.

I really don't care what you call it, or whatever. I just fired of some reply half caring.

These are just minis for tabletop gaming anyway, not display minis or anything.

Hrmm your blades are really rough. You should clean up the lined highlights on them a little. Definately not NNM though you are correct there, and not sure how people would think that but hey to each their own right.

You sound a bit frustrated last few points dude, don't kill yourself trying to get the done and end up being put off the hobby! Painters burnout is to be feared!

I wouldn't say I'm annoyed with the painting

I have come to an appreciation however that not every model has to be perfect. After playing a lot of 40k recently, and how quickly models can die and be removed, I am def cutting corners when it comes to painting troops these days.

Plus I want to get paint on all my models.
I actually prefer painting armies that i do painting single miniatures for contests. As to be a model i cant use in a game is a bit of a waste. But that's just where I stand

That being said, I still want all your good criticism on the flaws of the minis. Just understand I can't always keep all my minis up to my highest possible standard/always getting better if I want to paint the huge amount of grey models I own.

I still have my Blood Angels/Blood ravens/Chaos/Craft World Eldar/High Elves/Warriors of Chaos all too finish sometime!

Perhaps a Storm Raven will make you a happy bunny.

4 X Sanguinary Guard squad.

3 Sanguinary priests, jump pack/power swords

Storm raven Gunship

Furiso Dread, Blood Talons, melta/flamer.

Still have some points to kick around

Gotta be honest your handling the pressure of getting those units done well. I don't think i'd even turn on my computer if I had all that to do. But then it has taken 3years to get one unit done, lol

Furioso Dreadnaught. The idea is he is a former Sanguinary Guard member. hence the wing badge on the front, and hence why he deploys with the sanguinary guard.

why didnt you paint the rivets on the power weapons? (or are they blood talons) it looks great without them painted but i'm just wonderin

Love the Dread! The claws are my favorite part.

The Dreadnaught was so beautiful, when I first looked at it I lost my breath for a few seconds I was so enamored.

There are a few things that are not 100% finished, yet.

But I want to get everything done for Adepticon.

Then, if I still have time before the event, I will go back and do some more freehand on the dreadnaught, and clean up a few places etc.
