No "official sets" per se, but it has been done already, just google 'lego 40k"

HAHAHA!...but I just need a few more diamonds...just a few! lol
Actually, I'm having fun with it, it's a lot like playing with Lego. I can't help but imagine how awesome a Necromunda mod of the game would be. The randomly generated caverns are amazingly beautiful for a blocky game.

i watched some explaining vids and if you know shrike from my thread at all he fell victim to the game too...
and i bet that the blocky nature of the game speaks to you... if i wasn´t on a hold to spend money for next to anything^^ then i probably would have gotten that game too... i just love creative sandbox games...

If they did release them, you could build them but would be violating IP when you mixed two sets together, and if you displayed them at your house you'd have to have a plaque w/ "IP copyright by Games Workshop, built by (your name)"

LOL, yeah, LEGO would never agree to such terms as GW would try to roll into such a deal. Could you imagine not being allowed to use LEGO bolters on any MOC except a 40k build? That would be stupid, but something GW would try.
