I love the ravenor series and have just seen Pariah in WD but I am yet to read the Eisenhorn series, I actually just jumped on ebay last night and picked up the Omnibus with the 3 stories in it for $14- free postage brand new!! I hope I'll like it? I literally no nothing about Eisenhorn except he's awesome and rather popular lol!

Oh Wow, you should REALLY read Eisenhorn first man. It comes before Ravenor. I think Ravenor is kind of a dick compared to his old Master Gregor Eisenhorn.

oh how are the Orlocks coming along?

Thanks Bama, he's going to be sore and uncomfortable for a while, but he'll recover. The Orlocks are exactly the same as they were in that basecoat shot a few pages ago. I've basically done nothing but sleep since monday.
Yesterday though, I did sit in front of the TV and clip terrain parts from sprues for several hours, I had a lot of unopened kits, now I have a lot of unused bitz

well sleep is good when your sick so no worries there was curious if you had a theme or a scheme thought out for them yet thats all

I'm going with the classic Orlock work attire, denim pants, black leather, and safety orange shirts. Make it look liek they came right out of the Orlock factories. I haven't decided what color their do-rags will be though, probably my favorite 'Munda/Government blue or green though to keep it different than the blue denim pants.

i made my orlocks denim and red and my are built from space marine scouts and catachans. either rate looking forward to that.

broken leg is something really unnerving... hopefully he has no pain (no pun inteded here...) thus getting the most out of this "sick" time then... could be a blessing after all... tho the moving issue will be a real bugger i think for everyone...well except me... i think i could do wonders with a broken leg... just sitting at my PC or my desk and either chat or build to my hearts desire

oh...as for the tiers idea... yeah do that... stackable is always useful and keeping the tiers seperate is always making that kind of terrain way more flexible and usefull in so many different ways...beside... it looks very good...great look and great idea...tho... needs lots of more dakka... and i am dead serious about that! the single air defense can´t be enough now, can´t it?

Nah, not big enough yet Dave! :-) c'mon man surely you can kick someone out of a bedroom to use as a 'gaming' room and create an entire hive arounf the walls with only room in the middle for you to stand while you play? like those crazy old school train guys do! and then you can paint the walls like moonscapes and other cool stuff......
